Thats not very good, there is no mention of it else where, There is no website information saying "Server will be down from BLAH till BLAH" Its very very bad form. Also locking threads saying the patch is unavailable is also bad form, customers want information like WHY the servers are down, when will they be back up, etc...

Can I add one more thing 1. Horrible Testing and QA, This has happened on two patches already, the newest today were we are unable to install the patch to play the game, neither single player mode or multiplayer are now available due to to a botched deployment which has rendered everybodies install of demigod useless.
Can we actually get a Stardock Person to look at this error, this game is getting frustratingly annoying. Patches that dont work, a messy week-end were nothing was working, yet the pirates get to play this game with out problems. Nice going guys, you lot are seriously messing things up, if this were EA we'd probably be burning the building by now, but come on, this type of thing should not be happening, dont you guys test this stuff??? This game has been an utter pain to get working and playing, I cannot believe that the pirates on Hamachi and GameRanger are having MORE play at this than us, legitimate users, we have to put up with Crappy lag, bad netcode, and stupid patches, that is caused because of the most stupid programming error. I would suggest you guys at SD and GPG take a basic programming lesson because this is a NULL pointer exception, how the hell do I know, I've programmed long enough to know when Windo
