Try going into WindowBlinds configuration panel > Basic Settings > deselect the "Apply any wallpaper supplied" > click the "Apply Changes" link on left-side of configuration panel. Make sure WindowBlinds in unloaded (either via the configuration panel, or the WB system tray icon context menu) > right-click desktop > Properties > Themes tab > select and apply "Windows XP" from the Theme list. Reboot the computer and then try to apply a skin from the WindowBlinds configuratio

Right-clicking an item on the dock and selecting "Dock Entry Properties" will allow you to customize the dock entry (icon). Note - you can drag-n-drop entries onto the dock from Windows Explorer to add to the dock as well.

Can you load the WindowBlinds configuration panel (either via 'Start > All Programs > Object Desktop > WindowBlinds', or by right-clicking the WindowBlinds icon in the System Tray > select 'Configure WindowBlinds')? You might try clearing the cache by deleting the DesktopX folder found in "C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Stardock" folder. *Make sure to unload DesktopX before clearing the cache. It is recommended that you save your DesktopX theme as a "Desktop" before clearing the cache. Do you now have, or have you had other Stardock programs as listed by 'dragonmage' in comment #9? Have you tried to unload WB > use Display Propterties\Themes tab to select and apply the default "Windows XP" theme? If not, I would give that a go and see if it allows the "Bliss" wallpaper to cover the desktop. Other thoughts: Are you using any programs that save or protect space on the desktop? If so, I would suggest resetting those programs to release saved/protected space.

I just wanted to add, after you click the smileys, and the page jumps, the smileys are then inserted in the Upper Left Corner of the page, right above the WinCustomize Image Copy that! Good eye. Note - I can't do anything with it though (no cut, no delete).

T-MAN, For the past week, I have not been able to use the smiley button to successfully assign a smiley in comments.
