- I took an icon set that was well off by itself and painted hot rod flames all over it. - I'm trying real hard to stop myself from taking the same set (with all things the same would rather be left alone), turning it into wood and calling it My Woody. - I get giddy with excitement whenever one of my skins gets a new comment - My wife and kids have come to the conclusion that I've lost my mind and they constantly get angry when they can't find the start button.

Anyone have a polite form mail I can borrow to deny permission to use my work for an application? Everything I come up with makes me sound like a pompous arse (or more so, I guess). Or am I just being hyper-sensitive and should just outright say no?

I feel the same way as BoXXi. The Koreans seem to love my icons but I really don't think there's anything I can do to stop them from distributing them. At least they're giving me credit, I guess.

I don't know much about programming actual buttons but you could always create an internet shortcut and instead of using a URL, use: javascript:history.go(-2)

Yep, XP. The option you're talking about is System>Performance>Advanced>Use shadows or something like that. Problem with that option is it gives me an opaque box behind the labels. I just want simple black text on a transparent label so that I can read my icons on the light wallpaper that I'm using but Bill Gates appears to hate me.

How come no matter what I change my desktop color to, my desktop icon fonts show as white with a black shadow when I have a wallpaper applied?
