Frameless wouldn't be good. You wouldn't be able to resize it. and yes, I use the always on top button, usually along with the rollup/unroll button. Microsoft should include these two buttons in the next version of Windows. I don't know why they haven't already. Oh well, I'm sure they have their reasons. By the way, I like the idea of a round skin, but it wouldn't change the shape of the actual contents, only the shape of the frame it's in.

They all had long queues, and I didn't tell anyone what program it was. Anyway, nobody would be stupid enough to wait in a queue with a hundered people in it.
I think you're missing the point a bit there Wulfn1. The old versions will still work with 9x, it's just that one of the newer versions won't (presumably 4.0). The skins will still work with WB version 3, it's just that it may not support some new features. Anyway, the current versions are skinning 9x as well as it's possible for them to, and to continue support for an OS that would work just as well with the older versions of the program just dosen't make sense. And b
abused? like the version of windows XP that had 5 activation attempts in one day from 3 different continents? ok. well that clears it up. but still, some people choose to share everything on their computer (a stupid thing to do, but hey, some people are stupid). for example, to test my theory, i just opened a P2P filesharing app (which will remain nameless for the time being) and i searched for "Object Desktop", "WindowBlinds", and "Object Bar". it found appro
@ carlitus
maybe you guys have already thought about this, but don't you have a slight piracy issue with allowing people to download it? and i don't necessarily mean deliberately either. a person could download the zip file (or whatever it is) and it defaults to their downloads folder, which just happens to be their shared folder on whatever P2P filesharing app, and someone with no life (or money ) co
What is it with you people and tickling?
@nd 1 |)0n'^ | have fun translating that.
Apex: is that supposed to mean anything? I looked at it at least 5 times and it makes no sense. But Jafo Is Right, This Is A Pain In The Ass And It Not Only Hurts The Eyes, It's Annoying To Do.
i agree pj (search thingy) what happened to the program win 98 used for searching?
Yes. Like Yoda, we shall talk
does this thread come translated? i did french in grade 6 and all i remember is "bonjour" and "Que age a tu" or something like that
Drop support for 98\ME right now. 98\ME are unstable enough to crash even if you put them in a rubber room with cushions that you stole from your sofe tied around them. Dropping support for win 98\ME would also help to free up a bit of bandwith on this site.
that's pretty wierd. maybe you should stop pressing shift after every second letter
while you're searching, maybe try searching on your keyboard for the caps lock button and turn it off
I have no idea, it was only a suggestion. I don't use the program.
AAAAAAHH!! It's another Aafuss!! Quick everyone! Hide! I'll distract him. Wait, no i won't. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
maybe some programs are only done in the registered version. i don't have a clue, i don't use it, and i don't know if you're registered, so it's just a thought
have u tried booting into safe mode? some things are stupid and need to be told "you're not supposed to be there" and sometimes, safe mode does that. don't even change anything, just boot into it then reboot normally. not very high-tech help, but it has worked before (but i didn't quite have the same problem).
That's great to know Jane, I hope you like the programs. Just a bit of advice, when you do install the programs, install one of them first, work out what it does and dosen't do (don't worry about the scroll bars in WB, only the registered version skins them), then install one of the other programs, disable the first program you installed, then work out what it does, etc. I showed a friend my computer and he liked the fact that you could do anything with it, so I told him where
have you tried going to the folder options and disabling the bar there, then re enabling it? (it may require a reboot, or at least to refresh the desktop) or as an alternative, go to folder options and check the "show hidden files and folders" option, and look for a file on your desktop called "desktop.ini" and rename it to desktop0.ini and refresh the desktop (press F5) or if that does nothing, reboot. hope this helps, but i have no way or checking because this has never happe
is that painful? and how did the monkeys get there in the first place?
mine is boring. i was on an IRC chat channel one time and Ryan was taken so i added 4 random numbers on the end of it
oh. well i DID say that i never visited it before.
wow, that was a lot longer than i expected. and i haven't really got into it yet. but i won't be able to get into it, because my fingers are killing me, because this keyboard sucks so much that i have to push the keys down three times as hard as i would for a normal keyboard.
