As a young bloke, my wild aspirations and dreams of granduer were met with: " I've heard ducks fart in the water before." from my grandmother. So next time you're passing a duck pond, just remember to realise your likitations as well as your potential
I haven't had much use from my Stardock products recently as I've been reorganising my puter after intalling a new HD and losing everything from my previous drive. Today, however, I decided to make some desktop changes and create a suite with various skins I'd downloaded, but alas. To my horror I discovered that my backup files were not complete and I had no cursors, icons, desktopx themes or object dock items to place in the relevant progs. Oh woe,
Heaven wouldn't have me and hell's afraid I'd take over!
"Jailbait" Annie Piper, an australian chick who play a mean blues guitar and can sing some too. Shortly: Deborah Coleman "I Can't Lose" a new addition to my ever growing collection. How did this get in here? "Thriller" Whacko Jacko - looks like another coaster to me
greed religion and desire for supremacy are most often the causes of war. A better distribution of world resources would help alleviate the occurrence of war and international aggression - and for those who still want to beat their chests to display macho-ness, give 'em a stick instead of a gun as up close and personal violence deflates their bravado somewhat. Also, if the politicians and zealots had to take up arms in the front line, world peac
Tasmania - a little island at the bottom of Australia. Some mainlanders call it the arse end of the country, but that's just not true. When I'm not at my puter and Wincustomize, oblivious to my surroundings, I like it here alot. So Lantec, how do you get so much percentage out of life and will you share the secret with the rest of us? Would be handy for us W.C. addicts who need to get out somtimes. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/sm
DREAD is the key word here - and this monstrosity should be dreaded, from both ends of the barrel. Obviously this was designed to inflict as much damage as possible in the shortest time, and when the greatest damage is to human life, dread should be paramount to the user as well as to those looking down its barrel. Just ask anyone with a conscience how it feels to take a life, and the honest answer is bloody awful. There is no glory in it, and certa

If only? If firearms were only ever used to act purely in self defence, an angered shot would never be fired. Sadly, most shots are fired in aggression, to inflict rather than defend. I hate guns
tea, tea and more tea. the wife reckons i've enough ingredients of being a pratt without adding alcohol
You're right DZ, I had that problem after downloading the Alienware version, so uninstalled it and reverted back to the 2.20 from Stardock. However, whilst it works o.k now, the original install wouldn't download or apply suites. Maybe the problem lies in the data transfer and "hang-time" etc, as my second attempt went smoothly and theme manager now performs all functions.
I could've used brail during the escapade inside my box. I suffer from night blindness and it's dark in there Truth is, I was working blind cos I'd never opened it up before. Just glad my sense of smell didn't inform me I had erred and fried something <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Wink.gif" border=0 A
a hospital commode chair works real well at the desktop, and wearing a babys plastic bib with food catcher for the crumbs works well
Thanks guys, finally got it sorted after a few attempts to get it right. A visit to the manufacturers site gave me the right connections to use and all's well now.

A mate recently gave me a 160 gig HD to help with the extra storage space required by my step-daughter for her schooling - great, no problems, or so I thought. Got the new HD installed and loaded with Windows XP Pro with little problem. Migrated everything from the old drive, no problem and everything seemed honky dory. However, wiping and removing the old 40 gig drive proved to be my biggest PC mistake. Once I had done this, none of the pa
Oh Dear - the mac vs windows war again............. All that verbal abuse - tut, tut, tut Each to his own and respect the choices of others - now there's a concept! Windows vs Mac? When the PERFECT OS comes out - I'll pay triple the asking price
Hi Jafo, remember this one: " At The Mountains Of Madness" by Blackfeather? Recently unearthed the album in an obscure music shop and couldn't resist.
Don't you just hate it - you hear a "must have" on radio or TV and miss hearing the artists name and song title. Music store attendants were not at all impressed when trying to give some clue as to what I'm after - can't hum in tune, let alone sing. " Please sir, leave the store or I'll call the police." Anyhow, just got Savoy Brown: " Getting To The P
My business wasn't with an online merchant but a reputable department store, and my only online activity as to register my product to access driver upgrades and software update, etc. As always, I opted out of all promotional offers, and still got product information from elsewhere. It makes you wonder if online registration is worth it, hey! Traversing the www can be like playing hopscotch in a minefield <img src="http://images.stardock.com
