My last game 8*8 easy with one computer player i scored 35437 but all it gave me in mvp is 7430 :( go figure BTW there is a bug that when you give the AI player a gift of a planet he'll say "Thanks.. more presents" but it won't transfer the planet(s) .. how i get around this is to save the game.. then reload it.. (and yes it happens a lot toweards the end of the game.. unfortunatly)

the biggest thing to remember is generally the quicker the game the less the score.. and for the best score always choose militery conquest (all the boxes empty in victory contitions). As others have stated.. get your planets up to full production of social items priot to ending the game.. place space stations with maxed out economic modeles in them, along your reade routes.. and the longer the trade route the better... when I have things under my control (most of the planets.. I choose 2 planet

clues 1. Don't go for the quick finish.. 2. start on the smaller maps Tiny,Small and set the computer players AI to Fool till you figure out the game 3. leave all the victory conditions blank.. ?(IE: for a military victory) 4. set your mil/soc/res sliders to 90 5 5 to start with and produce nothing but colony ships till you've gone through most of the map (I normaly stop at about 3/4 of the map) then decide where you want

As far as I can recall I never actually stated that they were pinched from the ANZACS Directly.. as I stated once an ANZAC always an ANZAC.. I know that they had split prior to them joining you... I just liked the Idea of Pirates raiding empires for their pick of who they want.. and lends into the story line very well.. does anyone remember the game "Pirates Gold" from microprose.. ? well you can see where i'm heading.. and as for the anzacs part in it.. i'm drawing on history and folk stories /

The Gross empire can pay my my money later .. LOL Our Writtings are stitting up more than the GROSS empire.. Its Stirring up just about everyone... :) My stories on the going on will tend too loose ppl's reactions a bit more now that they know its mainly for the story and NOT My umm... i don't know how to put it into words... that won't start a ruckus again.. but without that same intensity of the joiners in.. don't worry... there are even players in the metaverse who think others are cheating.. playing dirty.. unfair.. but war isn't fair... so get over it... Players cheat... computers can't... they only do what they are programmed to do.. and so what if some computer players have better starting positions... its the same in real life.. you have to live with it.. or write your own game just like stardock have done.. Sure.... I'm not stopping them.... However I do believe that its not up to you or anyone to tell the pirates of GROSS how to behave... They've just had a major Coo in recruting.. If I was in GROSS.. or in the new sub GROSS family I too would be Celebrating.. getting drunk.. and just generally having a great time of it..which is EXACTLY what they are doing... As for my reactions I believe that my story line is a perfect example of an empire in the metaverse.. eg:

Well excuse me for not breaking out memories of old sci-fi / fantasy movies / books and re-hashing them mixing them up..
