When you press it, it puts an image of your desktop into the Windows clipboard, you won't see anything happen when it does it. You can then paste that into a graphics program and save it. [Message Edited]

There's a Jackie Chan film called Thunderbolt which is fantastic. It's based around street-racing, but since it's the Chinese doing the stunts, the car scenes are stunning. (F&F directors take note). I suppose Bullit should also get a mention too, but personally I don't understand the hype with the car chase in that. It's not very long, and it's not entirely exciting. Also loved Duel too, the one based on the Stephen King novel about the guy who ends up in a road rage battle with a truck.

There's a few sections that have some attributes that aren't active. In some cases it's for future compatability, in others I think it's just been overlooked. The left and right alignments for the username do work, but the top and botom don't, and you need to play with font sizes to move that.

Aside from the money element frm client work, I personally skin because I want to make my PC look the way I want it to. Sometimes I'll see a cool skin uploaded, and try that, but it all comes back to the fact that if you want something exact, and you have the skills, you are able to make it. The common problem with skinning is that people belive there's an unwritten rule that implies you HAVE to upload everything you make. Few people cotton on to the fact that you can skin your system

I'm not sure where you're getting your not quite accurate info from, but the chances of the high-res one seeing the light of day are very slim because the current Bootskin that's available is causing problems for some people. Only way it'll be out is the low-res one gets to a point where it's totally bug free.

It won't have any impact on this type of area really. The way entertainment law works is(was) that if you sampled a piece of music from another artist/musician, and used it on a commercial recording, you didn't have get permission from the original artist, however, you were lawfully bound to pay that artists royalites.

This isn't meant to be a contest. I simply posted the pic , in response to the comment saying that kind of depth cannot be done with gradients, to show what 'can' be acheived in PS simply using nothing more than them. (Apart from the obvious outline which was stroked). It wasn't supposed to say 'This is better than yours'. May be more prudent if I remove the image. [Message Edited]
