Alp, you probably have XP's built in fire-wall enabled. I can't remember where the settings are to congifure it to allow you to send files, but I'm sure that' what's causing the problems.
While not stricly selling skins through a site, Steve Moss has done a lot of paid work for big companies and film/band related skins also.

An easier way to get rid of the splash screen is to use gpedit.msc: computer configuration/administrative templates/windows components/internet explorer/disable showing the splash screen This disables the OE splash screen as well as IE. Basically does the registry edit for you, and saves a bit fo time.

I usually just uncheck the box in Messenger that let's it run on startup, then uncheck the box in Outlook that tells it to log in to Messenger when you open Outlook. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the problem here, but if I'm not, then aren't all those ideas a bit of a needless exercise.

It's the change the 'logo' that appears in the bottom right of special folders like control panel, movies, pictures, etc. The rest of the background is taken care of by the accompanying colour atributes.

(The original Awe 32, with the 2 meg memory upgrade) Running Win 2K. Only notable bits of my setup are my USB hub, optical mouse and my monitor which is only a few months old. Evrything else is crap. It refers to the amount of memory reserved for Photoshop. If you go into the PS settings, you'll see a section for controlling this.
Check your scratch settings in PS and see how much memory usage it's set to. Should be 50% by default, but it sounds like yours may be set to somewhere nearer 90/100
