evil part 2....... 8. Combined Domestic/Foreign Policy Screen, so that you can directly compare Terrans to other Empires. 9. Refitting ships. To take advantage of the ship levels and the notion of an experienced ship, it would be nice to refit ships with new tech, so that you can move a ship, Enterprise style, through a game. that's it OR IS IT?
