He won't be coming in again, I can assure you : ) If he does come back, give him a 'sneezer' from me!

Asskissers- See greywars blog for more details. Did you just call greywar an asskisser? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Sorry, just kidding. I just couldn't help myself on that one...
I hope it helps writing about it. It does. I've really learned a lot about myself this past month and writing about it really helps me sort it out better.
Your Mom got an Insightful and greywar gets more google referrals like his moore/kutcher article for the title of this one...HAHA!
Today's funeral was at a cemetery that I haven't been to before. It was just a two man detail and I went with the same Sailor that I went with earlier this week. We planned to depart at 1000. I got there a little early and the civilian that is in charge of mortuary/casualty affairs came out before my partner arrived. He decided to quiz me and then sternly tell me
Don't forget -- Jeremy Irons = Jeremy's Iron Sorry, just had to add that one. HAHA!
YEAH, BABY!!!
Freezing Stuff - This is one of the oldest Army practical jokes around. One of the best targets for freezing was the old BDU cap (cold weather style). You could fill it up with water and it wouldn't leak very quickly. Plenty of time to put it in a freezer. After a few hours, you have a hat filled with a big block of ice. Very nice. Another thing you can do, and
Hope this news doesn't get to South Korea. They have mandatory service there, too. The internet addiction rate for young men there is probably higher than they are ready to admit. They already have some odd ways to get out of service over there. - commit a felony - cover a signifiacant portion of your body with tattoos - this one leads to jail, too, for purposely trying to get out of service. - drop weight to become unheal
I've always loved Seoul. I went for the first time in 1995. I also lived there for a year and a half in 02-03. I looked at your pictures and we've been to many of the same places. The very last picture in your album, the one at the war memorial of the two brothers, is my favorite. I remember the first time I saw it. It's very moving. I'm glad you enjoyed your time in Seoul and hope that rest of your stay in Korea is as enjoyable.</font
Welcome, welcome, welcome...
For ya'll who are unawares, we have this hat with our unit name on it. Now we also have this competition among the linguists, and the winner, the Alpha Golf, has traditionally been allowed the honor of wearing this unit hat backwards AHA, now that makes sense. Not being in the unit, I had no idea of th
I am one of those ones that will go insane at the sight of a fucked up uniform I'm actually very much the same. A hat (beret or softcap) worn backwards would probably drive me crazy. My brain is pretty hardwired that way. I actually have tried to find out about the other services' uniform policies
This weekend we are going to drive down to LA and see the Phillies play the Dodgers at Dodgers Stadium. I'm really looking forward to this trip. It was all brought on by a recent trade in baseball. The Florida Marlins traded, among other players, Hee Seop Choi, the only Korean-born position player in the majors, to the Dodgers. I have to admit I'm a fan of the guy
I did work with the Sargents at SUSLAK. Brian was the one that left his computer logged in when he left for a four day break that I wrote about here Link and we logged it out right in front of Jackie when she came in the next morning. Jackie also played a significant part in one of the pranks I plan on writing about next. Stay tuned.
I found out about yesterdays funeral last Friday night when the NCOIC, SFC C, called me to tell me about it. It would just be a two-man ceremony but we would be required to fold a flag at this one. He told me that he planned to contact one of our Sailors who had been on the detail for a while and quite a bit of experience (more funerals than SFC C and myself combine
I have no idea what you're trying to protest or why... I guess this is a geographical thing (you have to be there), but if the goretex thing doesn't work out, you could try wearing your brown t-shirt backwards. I know this isn't as visilbe as a hat or jacket, but it's one of those things that WILL drive some people (TEDs) up the wall. I've been doing it almost my entire career and it's fun to see people actually struggle with the decision to correct

So, back to the workplace jokes. I already wrote about taking advantage of people that leave their computer unlocked here Link . Here are some of my other favorites from my last workplace - SUSLAK. If lighting isn't too good in the office, you can use scotch tape on a filing cabinet or desk drawer.
As a postscript, I do have to say that it takes a special kind of person to be in customer service. I often joke around with people I know in service jobs that nobody ever stops by the customer service (or finance, personnel, mail room, supply sections) to just say hi. Nobody evers asks 'How are you?"
36. Don't blame poor marksmanship on their M-16. Even though they wish for the return of the old M-1 and the BAR. That's another one that's before my time. I have fired the M-16A1's, but that's as far back as I go. EL - Thanks. I like to think that I make good at being a REAL SERGEANT. But I
your all a bunch of pogues. It's nice to see that some things haven't changed... Good to see you Pidge.
I've known a lot of people that fit this mold. There are many points here that I like to think fit me... MILITARY HUMOR: REAL SERGEANTS: 1. Can cuss for ten minutes without ever repeating a word. 2. Have a spine. 3. Can play a cherry Lieutenant like a finely tuned instrument. 4. Can see in the Dark. 5. Have eyes i
Thanks. I got a lot of mileage out of that story at the store.
I actually went through the sign up for this and put in five email addresses but the next step is that you have to take part in one deal from a list of offers AND at least five of your referrals have to take part in one of the deals, too. I gave up at that point. Most of the deals are suck you in deals - easy to get in, hard work to get out. I'm not going to ask anyone to go that far for me to maybe get an ipod (who knows what other requirements com
