Preach on Brother Beavis!!! As a kid I had the choice of playing the game through piracy or not playing it at all. Easy choice for me. Where I'm from, this is what we call 'an open book test'!

I too am interested in this. I tried to add my blog to blogstreet, but don't know if I did it right. Thanks.
I tried to do the blogstreet thing, but I don't know if it worked. I posted the link into a blog article and went back to the site. I only get a page that says "This blog has been accepted for addition". I can't check the profile or anything else on the blogstreet site about my blog being added. When I try to add an RSS feed, I get an error that the url is an invalid RSS file. I've tried the url for the RSS button and also my main blog page url.
Oh, and almost forgot. There is a NASCAR driver named Dick Trickle. Sportscenter had a running joke a few years ago (Dan Patrick/Keith Oberman time frame) where they wouldn't say his name. Whenever they covered race results, they'd always say, "And you know who finished in 24th place..."
The Cleveland Indians have a player named Coco Crisp. Real first name Covelli, but he's gone by Coco all his life. Fans of the opposing teams bring boxes of cereal to the games to heckle him. The tribe also had a guy named Milton Bradley, but traded him this year to the LA Dodgers.
When I worked in the grocery store, I would superglue change to the floor in our back room. Most employees came through our back room to get to the break room, so this supplied me with a continuous parade of people that would try to pick up the change. I did this on the sales floor a few times, too. I had to quit after I watched a guy spend 5 minutes on h
Are you pulling my leg again?! Honestly, I don't know. If I'm pulling your leg, it's without my knowledge. We were sitting around the office one day talking about strange names and my friend told me that story. I thought it was hilarious, too. He swore it was true.
A buddy of mine swore that he went to high school with twins named lemonjello and orangejello. With the accents on the second syllable of each word.
Of course, no casting for a superhero can compare to Patrick Warburton as the Tick He was perfect for the role. That show died a very premature death.
Almost every day I have students trying to translate American slang directly into Korean. It has made me laugh on more than one occasion, but I quickly point out every time that slang rarely (almost never) translates directly.
Add in a comment from management that says something like the new badge readers make work easier and you've got your very own Dilbert strip come to life.
I look forward to seeing this movie. I never read a lot of FF, either, but I'm all for good comic book movies. Marvel has generally had luck lately with its movies. I'm not really very familiar with any of the actors involved, which is probably a good thing. Big names are not required to draw people into comic movies. The movies really sell themselves and have a large built in audience already. I'm not really a stickler on the
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I like that one. My buddy sent me an email about how to wash a cat that was signed by the Dog. I'll have to dig that one up and share it...
Hope this helps. You may have to adjust the encoding on your web browser to read the Korean below. Please excuse me - 실례합니다 - shil-lay hamnida (it's hard to romanize Korean, but that's pretty close). On a cultural note, Koreans generally don't say excuse me for little things like stepping on a foot or cutting in line, they often just do them. So don't be surprised if they look at you oddly if you say it
Affleck has removed himself from any Daredevil connection That's a good call all around, IMHO. I just didn't enjoy him as DD. I did think Jennifer Garner was OK as Elektra. I was 'eh' for Kingpin. But I thought Colin Farril was outstanding as Bullseye. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" ali
My wife (she's Korean) has been trying to get me to see an acupuncturist for years. I have herniated disks at L4/L5 and L5/S1. I don't really have any good reason why not other than having to pay for it myself and I spent 18 months in Korea where I wouldn't have been allowed to see an off post doc without special permission. Surgery has not really been an option for me as my Army doc told me that it was inconclusive as to how helpful it would be for
If I could get a person 'on the line' with my half a head of lettuce story, I usually would reel them in with this one... Every day, we took turns buying a two liter bottle of Coke to drink in the produce back room. This was my day, so I was standing in line at the checkout waiting my turn. The old lady in front of me glanced back at me and then did a doubl
People like to compare the whole ordeal in Iraq to Vietnam, which I think also includes the part where they spit on the troops WTF?!?! Didn't we learn a valuable lesson after Vietnam? If you don't support the war, OK, don't support it. Protest it. By God, that's one of the freedom's of our country.
I can not express in words the anger I feel after reading this post. I think this comes close, though - Fuck these fucking fuckers. I can tell you that when I came home from my 3 months in Haiti, it felt great to see my name on a bedsheet (along with the names of all the guys I went with) ha
I rest my case Yeah, Hawaii is the black hole for us. I got to meet some great people there, but not very many. Mostly, I got to hear about everybody that wasn't there, so later when I met people, I already knew some things about them. It worked both ways, though. I can't tell you how many times I'v
maybe you should be the next Green Lantern? I do have an authentic DC Green Lantern replica ring!!! Glows in the dark and everything... In Brightest Day, In Darkest Night, No Evil Shall Escape My Sight, And To Those That Try To Pick A Fight, Screw You, Go Fly A Kite... or something like that...
a bit younger in the Army than I Two months or so? And we both left GAFB the same date... I just got to Korea much later, as I went to Hawaii first.
I'm wracking my brain to try and figure out who Carl the One-Eyed Nord and Misery are. I probably know them but can't figure them out. I do know Pidge, though. I got lucky my first day on Humphreys. I rode down with Tom and Kitty. There was no way they were going to be dropped off with and have noone there to pick them up. I got to talk with Tom quite a bit on the ride - we shared P-Ro stories.
Yes. One of my proudest works Yay, for me and my detective skills!!! WooHoo!!!
