I found out that the Gimp WILL do 3D looking text! I has a bunch of nice options if you go under Logo's and look around. The Gimpshop kept crashing on my computer though. I uninstalled it and, installed the regular Gimp. I have a 64 bit processor with 32bit WinXP, so maybe that's a problem. I don't know. Works good now though!

I'm supposedly on 5 MB Dsl. Sometimes this site is really fast. Sometimes.....OMG. I give up and do something else. I don't know if it would help or not, but I've noticed that even when it is fast, it tends to show 1-2 bars progress.......pauses......then bammmo it's there. Well, I don't believe it, but the print screen and paste into Paint works! Whereas Gadwin and Hoversnap would not. Good grief! Good to know though. Maybe it will help others as well. Thanks, I tried Hoversnap. It just maxed out my CPU. I actually have DX running as a completely alternate desktop. I don't know if this makes a difference. I'll try the print screen and paste. Thanks again.
I've had to exclude MSN premium too. It works, but the sign in menu doesn't work if you choose to switch members. No biggie though. Easy enough to do.
How do you take a screenshot of DX stuff? I usually use Gadwin Print Screen, but it doesn't see any of it. I modified a object that Gef made and would like to show it if it's possible. Thanks
