No that’s not what I’m saying but I should have phrased it to say, the best scientific minds in the field of Climatology. The only scientists whom disagree aren’t in the field. They’re geologist or paleontologist forming opinions based on one piece of the puzzle. And apposing view even from the peanut gallery scientist is hard to find. The consensus on this is equal to that of special relativity. So you believe that they’re aware of their fi

The media, in a desire to appear balanced has presented any apposing view as equal, no matter the source. This has given the illusion that there is a debate among those in the field. There is no such debate as you quite clearly prove. Now that it’s been so politicized some can’t seem to separate the rhetoric from the fact that best scientific minds we have are telling us we’re warming the planet. When confronted with this the GW deniers call

The comparison between Christian extremist and Muslim extremist is valid in some aspects Gid. Extreme fundamentalism is extreme fundamentalism whether they are Christian or Muslim. Fortunately there’s really nothing in the Bible that can be interpreted to say it’s okay to kill non-believers, unlike the Koran where some of Mohammed’s statements can be interpreted that way. Christian extremist are just as unreasonable as their Muslim counterpart

The Government is all bent out of shape about marijuana. They’re convinced the anti-government movement in the 60’s was a result of pot smoking, not the Vietnam War. The hemp plant could also replace trees as the source for all paper goods. To bad it’s evil :~)

For a governor whom ran on his ability to unite, it’s ironic the country has never been more divided. The many black and white sound bytes coming from this administration have certainly contributed to this. The division is between those whom approve of the way were fighting terrorism and those whom do not, it’s not really a republican verses democrat divide. Those whom approve have adopted the president and refuse to abandon their figurehead

With the overwhelming amount of Intel that pointed to an Al Qaeda attack I would feel much better about the competence of our government to protect us from these threats if the truth were they knew. Why would they fake an attack when all they had to do is just let happen. It wouldn’t be the first time. These are the guys that I need to find the nuke before it gets to my back yard. Since there’s been no attack since, it would appear they are more compe

There’s new research that shows that a single set of 12 repetitions with the proper weight can tone muscle just as efficiently as can three sets of the same exercise. In fact for strength training you really don’t want to pump your muscles up like you get with low weight high repetition exercises so less is more. At the proper weight, you should be just barely able to finish the 12th repetition.

Not to mention hasten their replacement. McDonalds is already testing an automated burger flipper and order kiosk. The more cost effective that becomes the sooner they’ll be out of a job. In fact in the near future you will have to have considerable training to get any work at all.

They’ll forgive us, Bush will be gone soon and we can finally be free from his tyranny It’s kind of nice to be able to do one thing and say another. An apparent staggering over reaction is what was needed but we will be able blame everything on Bush and be almost free from blame ourselves once he’s out. There really nothing we can do about anti-Americanism right now bec

I've heard that from others who had been smoke free for many years. Screw it, I enjoy my cigars. Cigars! well that’s a different story. This started out as a weekend project but it got out of control. Came out nice though you might appreciate it. <img src="http://users.adelphia.net/~mwh333/Humi

Really? No exceptions eh? And you somehow know this for a fact? Wow, that's something medical science has yet to determine as a fact without any exceptions so you must really have some exceptional information there. Or maybe he would have stilled died at 76. That's my whole point, we don't really know do we? Of course we don’t know when we’re going to die and he may still have died at 76 as you say but I guarantee he would have been able to climb a flight of stairs without having to stop and wheeze for several minu

It’s not always a desire to live longer but to live better. A high QOL for someone whom enjoys strenuous activities, healthy living is not a choice. The body is a machine the better you maintain it the better it will run period. My grandfather lived to 76 and smoked 5 packs a day for 60 of them but that just means he probably would have lived to 90 or more and had a much higher QOL without them. Almost everyone in the field of aging

It’s the same now with drugs as it was and still is now for alcohols use and abuse. The glorification of altering your mind with a substance started with alcohol and has now continued with other substances. Let me ask you a question, do you fell the same about people whom regale you with tales of drinking?

I just switched to decaf. The tannins in coffee can prevent liver cancer according to some research and the antioxidant polyphenols in tea, especially green, black and white teas, are known to help purge free radicals and significantly boost the immune system among other benefits. So don’t give up your coffee and tea just get the decaf. The best tasting green tea I’ve had just happens to be decaffeinated. <a href="http://www.englishteastore.c

I gave it up a few months ago myself. I was drinking two cups of coffee in the mourning and two cups of white tea in the afternoons. I had been gradually becoming more and more sensitive to caffeine; so gradual in fact I didn’t make the connection to the way I felt and caffeine for some time. I had been anxious had headaches and an increasingly rapid heart rate. It got to where I couldn’t do anything without my heart rate jumping over 100 bpm

Just because you hormones are messing with you doesn’t mean your behavior is involuntary. As I said I’ve seen women control it with other women. Would you accept PMS as an excuse for you girlfriend treating you badly? The women I know don't.

I can be in physical pain and discomfort, and so can women, without taking it out on the ones I love. I’ve had girlfriends that would treat me like crap that time of the month but still manage to be nice to their girlfriends. You’re pissed at men because they don’t have the same thing to deal with every month. It has very little to do with just being in pain. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="mb-Body-Quote

Sometimes sarcasm isn’t easily recognized without at least some knowledge of the person delivering it. It can also be used to insult someone with the out “I was just being sarcastic”. So now they think, I’ve just been insulted and if I respond I just can’t take a joke. I’m sure not all of your sarcasm is good intentioned and people will need to get to know you before they can tell the difference. I have found sarcasm doesn’t go over well with

The only difference between a Muslim Democracy and a Muslim Theocracy is a Muslim Democracy chooses their own dictators. This is the only freedom there’re even remotely interested in. They don’t want anything to do with “western” concepts of freedom of speech, religion and the press and certainly not the separation of church and state. They think that if you tolerate non-Muslims you’re a bad Muslim and even the Pope is an infidel. I wonder w

I think many will return to Cuba, especially the ones that have managed to save some money. The business opportunities will be enormous if a democratic government springs up in Cuba. If you remember Cuba used to be an Island Vegas and would most likely be one again. Anyone who could get in there and secure some land stands to make a fortune. I don’t know the situation between Castro and his little brother but Raul would have and opportunity t
