I’ll give you the WWE has made efforts to script in some morality but that’s all about this. Trying to get the parents to allow their kids to pay to see the show. It’s still trash talking then fighting, using techniques that would most often result in death in the real world. It’s by no means mild violence.

Everyone thinks there the good guys; even murderers in prison when asked will say they’re not bad. So when there’s a conflict everyone’s side is the good side. Professional wrestling theater teaches kids that the side of the biggest and meanest wins and violence can be the first option in resolving conflict. Only a very small percentage of adults are anywhere near the physical size of these wrestlers in fact the average size of people is goi

How I wish, we could turn it into a paradise resort & casino. It’s only a 2 hr boat ride from the keys. Half the Cubans in Miami would return home. Now you got my hopes up.

This episode was one that opened a can of worms with their transporter technology. If you could use the transporter to revert to previous DNA that would mean transporters could make you immortal. Every time you went through it your DNA could be reverted to previous state, undoing any damage caused by aging or toxins.

"At first, they got everything — the entire Swift database," one person close to the operation said. “Officials realized the potential for abuse, and narrowed the program's targets and put in more safeguards”. Yea I’m sure some official said “gee golly fellows I just realized, some of this data could be abused, we better put same safeguards in quick before that happens”. I’m sure they then deleted all the financial data that did

No, you don't get it at all. This was a very significant project, one that potentially affects the lives of thousands of people, which is what makes it's completion worthy of being reported. The fact that the MSM chose not to report it is a significant indication of how they intentionally pick and choose news stories to reflect t

StubbyGene, you remind me of the boss who is quick to notice every mistake an employee makes but resents the crap out of having to actually pay attention to an employee who does their job well.I doubt there is a stronger comment from a boss that doesn't give a crap about the employees than, "They were only doing their job."I bet

I guess I’m just obtuse. I think if the CoE wants recognition for a job well done they should hold their own press conference. It’s not MSM obligation to praise or even acknowledge them doing the job our tax dollars paid for. Not giving them any more grief over their original screw up should do it. I’m a contractor I’m paid to get the job done right and on time. When I compete the job on time I expect a timely check, nothing more. When I scr

So I take it from your short but pointless responses that you believe the press should praise the Government for actually doing what they say they’re going to do.

33 Replies 12,337 Views

I don’t get this, you think the government doing what it says is going to do is news worthy? How low are our expectations of Government become? They should be doing what they say they’re going to do on a daily basis, without applause or an atta boy. Keeping their job is all the thanks they should get. Government should be run like a corporation, do your job or Donald Trump fires your ass. That’s the problem with these guys there’s no real con

It’s the price I pay and everyone else for living on the southeast coast. I will take FEMA money if needed so thanks in advance to everyone else. I’m as ready as I’ll ever be, my neighbor took out a $12k loan to by 27kw generator so I borrowed from the credit card company to buy a $100 in extension cords. But I’ve got the ultimate grill and the know how to use it so it all works out.

and while you are being all patient and kind, they will be cutting the heasds off your wife and kids, or your mother and father. Don’t put words in my mouth mod man. I never said we should show them kindness. There’s a lot of real estate between not killing someone and being kind to them.

Why? Why not hold the religious nuts to the same standard? It is this "reasoning" that allows, that accepts and says, "Go on and do it" to what the scum do.To sit back and say, "well, that is just what they do. Oh well, at least I can be mad at America if they do it!!" That just doesn't work. They continue to do what they do, and

In some way these guys do deserve pity, they’re now where Christians were thousands of years ago there stuck in time victims of a 1500 year old joke. I don’t have a problem with America’s MSM only being critical of other Americans. I certainly hold all Americans to a much higher standard than the religion gone wild bozos. I don’t need the MSM to point out that this any many other atrocities were far worst than anything the Americans have done

Seems appropriate for any movement to me regardless of their desired result. Exactly what did you think "agenda" means? The word agenda implies a plan by a person or a group. If used by a person or group to describe a person or a group that they dislike it implies a subversive or harmful plan objective.

I know this is somewhat off topic, just a pet peeve of mine, but I really hate the wanton misuse of the term "homophobic". Phobic means "fear", not dislike. It's a gay rights ploy to paint anyone who dislikes the gay agenda as afraid. Just more PC thought control through language. Maybe you should try a

This is not uncommon many of us have racist and or homophobic parents or grandparents, segregation wasn’t that long ago and open homosexuality rather recent as well. For the targets of racism progress can’t come fast enough but objectively it is happening quite fast. Children’s almost instinctual desire to be different from there parents is one reason for this. Younger racists are mostly drawing on personal experience to justify their beliefs
