I think something that would help would be the creation of home guard units--ships that can't jump but can patrol home systems cost effectively and with weapons optimized for stopping small raiding groups. Basically an armed and armored up scout. It's called a "hanger" specced with "fighters". It just sucks currently and needs a buff.
Any buff would make it OP as the
Nerfing the LRf further will mess up the advent as TEC and Vasari gets theirs early, cheap and easily upgradable. What really dominates the game is not capships but well-balanced fleets so Ironclad needs to add a damage reductor as fleets grow so that battles can last 50 minutes between 500 command fleets.
Too game breaking for Titans to pull SB through phase space. Think about it, if two team members have titans, they wil be unstoppable as they conquer planet after planet while their capships gain experience.
A year ago, I requested for diplomancy a way to set certain ships to attack specific targets, aka trade ships, and now after thinking about it, how about setting the empire tree to show ships and structures seperately by command? This will help keep the tree lean without having to wade through all 500 ships and structures that jumps up and down when ships enter or explode.

I've run across this sometimes, once it happened five games in a row before I got a good roid start.
Failed to noticed the "Frequent Meteorites" buff that I got quite a few times in a row. Thanks.
Wait until August to buy good wine? To hell with that!
Odd bug for 1.19f(rc) but does anyone have problems developing your first asteroid next to your homeworld? No matter which race I played, the first asteroid has no population growth at all even after developing the roid. It looks like a bug since another asteriod is also located next to the homeworld yet that roid grows to 20 pop after development.
Hve you tried to reset data under Inpulse Settings?
The developers are adding in new victory conditions for Rebellion so that we would not have to play three hours just to crush a ten planet empire online.
The Advent gets raped by the Vasari phase missiles all the time and now you want to go there?[e digicons]:omg:[/e]
The AI needs an retreat script because I see the AI losing too many ships and wasting money to purchase newer ships. Please, please, please with a cherry on top, do not let a AI Titan fire its BFG at a mere scout frigate. Void Targets: Liek above, certain ships and abilities must not be used on certain targets as it is waste and can lose the battle at the start of the game. A good example is AI Kols should fire their GRG at fresh targets to tak
Interesting but I doubt that will ever work. If a titan can go ahead and wreck an entire system of ships and structures by itself, the expenses for supporting such a ship will be prohibitive and not worth sacrificing the ship for extra resource that may be used earlier. My idea for the Titan class ship is to make them a "Dammit Rammit" ship. They should a mix of starbase and capital ship in structure and abilities. You can purchase a a basic hull which can

I tell you what happened. First of all, the floors on fire did pancake and took out the few floors below it which left the structure unable to hold the weight of the structure above. Once that support went, you had one big frigging wrecking ball that plunged straight down the middle the of the towers which pulverized the concrete. This "dustification" is nothing more that hundreds of shattering concrete boulders constantly slamming into each other on the way down while the o
You claim to be a Structural Engineer yet you do not know the properties of steel-reinforced concrete itself? That stuff is rather bendy but once it reaches its limit, the whole setup shatters and sprays sand and cement all over, leaving a sizable gap in the structure.
It fires a massive dose of THC/LSD mixture with some added Advent philosphy thus making the planet inhabituers want to join the Advent. When you see the shot hit the planet, you should see the alliegience of that planet drop over time.
