Yeah I don't think it's being denied because of downloading that much Frogboy because I can still download skins.. just not new skins. It's very strange. Plus there's no way I've downloaded 200megs

I'm also having the same problem.. Tried deleting cookies and clearing out my temp files.. still no new downloads for me Haven't been able to even preview the last five or six wb skins, let alone download them
