Hey Island Dog, Remove Fence or Remove Fence and Delete Files. Perfect! I was afraid to click it and it disappear. Then I wouldn't have been able to get it back. Thanks for the help. I had a feeling it was something simple. I became sick shortly after getting Object Desktop and all the goodies including Fences, CursorFX and the like. I never have played around too much with any of the modules. I like Fences because of the flexibility of how they are put together. Everythin

Hi Island Dog, I posted a reply to this but for some reason it's not showing. I read somewhere that clicking on the X simply hides the fence. I want to delete it altogether. Perhaps I am wrong. If so please accept my apology. Michael
I am running Windows 7 Pro SP1 with Fences v2.13. I created a fence on the desktop then decided I didn't need it. I now want to delete/remove it permanently and cannot find out where or how to do it. I searched all of the categories here in the forum and nothing. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? Thanks Michael
Hey Wizard1956, panel.exe was not where you said because I am running 32bit Windows but I found it. I changed it and it works great! Thanks so much! BTW, is Stardock aware of this problem?
I recently purchased and installed CursorFX Plus v2.11. I began adding various cursors and when I go to load the program it freezes. I've tried rebooting the system and even uninstalling and reinstalling the program but the same thing happens. Has anyone else encountered this? I'm running Windows 7 Pro. Thanks
Hi Snowman. Thanks. I think I'm going to try reinstalling Impulse to restore at the very least the "Drive Scan". If it presents a problem I post here. Thanks again for the quick response.
I recently removed everything related to GameStop and installed Stardock Central along with all of the programs. I had 2 older preograms, (DriveScan and Enhanced File Dialog) and inadvetantly uninstalled them when I removed GameStop. Is there any way to get them back? Do I have to reinstall Impulse and restore them from that and then uninstall Impulse again? I'm especially concerned about DriveScan since I used it on a regular basis. Thanks Michael
Hey Wizard1956 and RedNeck Dude....Many Thanks!! That Solved the issue but tell me this?? What's the purpose of having the directory I mentioned above if the Logons aren't stored there?
I'm running Windows 7 Pro. I found the path of "C:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\LogonStudio". I had copied all of my logins from XP before I discovered that they are not supported under Windows 7. I deleted all of the files except the defaults and the directory is empty but, they all keep coming back when I select load from within Logon Studio. Where is this looking to, to keep loading them despite the diectory being empty? Any help would be appreciated. P.S.
Ok. I had a bunch that I d/l'd before I went from Windows XP to Windows 7. While they are for Windows 7, I had just copied them over to the appropriate directory thinking they would be there like when you do it for Cursors or WindowBlinds Themes. I have already just begun clicking on each file to install it....Just thought there was an easier way. Thanks to all for the info!
I am running Windows 7 Pro. I installed Logon Studio for Windows 7 with no problem. I have since d/l'd a boatload of skins. However, they do not appear in the list under "My Logon Screens" unles I select load for each and every one in the folder. Why is there no refresh button so this is not necessary? Is there any way to get them to ALL appear without selecting them individually? Thank You
I'm just wondering if there are any plans to make a version of Bootskin that will be compatible with all versions of Windows 7? I really miss the ability to use that program.
I would love to see the ability to scroll through the items similiar to the way it's done in Windowblinds. The little thing used to move to the next item is too small and just doesn't work well.
I am running Windows XP SP3 and have all the gadgets from Obejct Desktop installed. When i install Deskscapes it runs ok but it disables the Enhanced File Dialog. Does anyone know why this happens? Thanks Michael
I ended up copying all of the folders to the new new location that were not copied. But, is it safe to delete them from the old directory? The program files are still there as well. Perhaps the next time the program is updated they should put things back the way they were for XP users or maybe release 2 versions. One for XP and one for Vista since I don't like Vista and don't plan on upgrading. Thanks Michael
It was random. There were no specific patterns which is what made it confusing. Aslo, I notice that the theme manager is not recognizing anything but the default. What a mess. I wonder if I should just uninstall it and go back to v5.0? Thanks Michael
Yesterday I upgraded from Window Blinds 5 to 6. I am still running Windows XP so I thought everything would be ok. Apparently Windows Vista likes files and folders located on the C drive under Documents and Settings. That's ok but, when Window Blinds copied the files it only copied some of them. The same thing happened with ThemeManager. My question is this: Can I SAFELY delete the folders "WindowBlinds and ThemeManager" where I orignally installed them or do I just delete the themes an
