Doc, As you and I can so closely relate just the word needle makes my heart race while pumping endorphens of the fight or flight. I know I have only given blood once but have had my blood tested many times and the memory is so VIVID I can literally feel that 'pinch' in my elbow (even now as I write). The sad thing is I feel I would be so similar after donation, woohoo they can't call me for 56 more days <img src="../images/smiles/bigsmile.gif

thanks HC very interesting. Seems to me the bit about fate stems from Kabbala but that could be a pre-educated assumption. Again thanks. AD

My love is from the otherside of the world LITERALLY!!! 107.8W and 74.5E Can't go much further than that now can ya? We utilized the internet and by in large this is what brought closer us together. With the addition of Yahoo voice messenger it made talking through voice much better. Thanks for sharing Sally. AD

Here's your challenge; AFTER donating, you'll be blindfolded thru the entire course, and guided by a muted participant. ( if still not challenged, we can take away the use of a limb or two...) I can be an evil facilitator LOL <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/smiles/Laugh.gif" bord

Gideon, Yes I have no doubts that she is the right one. I have more doubts of my failing as the right one . but 430 days till my life begins didn't seem as catchy. But nonetheless I do agree. This will be quite the challenge but the risk is a great reward! <

Update on the issue. United Blood Service is going to have a lab technician call me to answer some of my questions of what is actually being transferred and exactly what is taking place. More than likely I will donate my red life saving liquid. Baker as always your perspective of 'wearing the shoes of others what would you do' shines brilliantly. Thanks. But I do want to understand more of what they put back into my system with the 2RBC do

No orienteering, only a 50ft rappel, no white water kayaking, no mountain biking? Dynosoar where's the challenge? I do love COPE though. I have gone through a few of them. Dyno where do I sign up . I give blood AFTER right ha ha.

Yes that's right. As of today I have 430 days left to live. No longer will I have the freedom of free choice. I will no longer be able to make my own choices in life. No longer will the decisions made effect only one person. As of Tuesday April 4 I am now engaged for a life long adventure that is set to begin in June of 07. Although this is not

KFC, Here is what I found. Remember that there were sin sacrifices throughout the year. And when a priest (beoming 30 yrs old) was consecrated he would sacrifice a sin offering for 7 days verse 23 for purification when entering the priesthood. This sacrifice of the bull is not pertaining to Passover but to the prince/king following the Law of Moses (Torah) of becoming the priest. What do you think? AD

If I had to go on a hunch, you are Jehovah's Witness? Sorry if I am wrong, maybe Christian Science? Interesting hunch. I am really just someone who is studying the scriptures but tend to associate myself with Messianic Judaism although I don't agree with everything with them either. maybe that helps?<

"The people on this blog site see me as critical, hateful, and unpriestly. I agree. I have spoken within my store of experience, allowing it to distort my perception and not see them for themselves, but rather my creation of them." I know I may have started out this way. I HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY!!!!

Thanks Baker! This is why I highly respect you. Here's the thing. I don't mind giving or taking blood from my family. I am not sure I would be too comfortable with someone else's blood. Of course perspective changes depending on situation (ie life or death). I know there are stories of visions/hallucinations when receiving blood. I wonder if this is due to the rapid change in O2 level within the body. I know that my blood would be better

Thanks MM. I respect your thoughts alot. I am hoping to hear thoughts from Dr. Guy and BakerStreet as well as they are highly respected by me. The other thing is I do alot of high altitude training so my blood will give others a 'oxygen high'. Last time I gave my iron was almost too high to give and since O2 sticks to the hemo due to iron makes it oxygen rich. Can I get any takers? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/JU/smiles/E

Greetings JU, I just received a third call from the United blood services. It so happens that I have the universal blood type of O-. First of all I HATE NEEDLES. Yeah call me a wuss if you want but I have always not been fond of those metallic mosquitoes. I gave blood once because I know that I have O- and am in high demand. Here is m

However, isn't it likely a flawed red heifer could eventually give birth to a perfect one? The laws of entropy give it 50-50 chance . Things are either going towards chaos or towards organization. <BR

Check out Ezek 45:21-24. I am checking and I am baffled by something. In verse 22 of Ezekiel it mentions a bull. I am looking through the pentetuech and I am not finding any record of a bull being prepared as a sin offering during Passover. I have only found a lamb. KFC have you found anything else

Deut 16:1-6.... Thanks KFC. You definitely have my curiousity on this one. I will put that on my list of things to study. Tova, It turns out that the egg didn't come into place until after the Babylonian exile. I agree with KFC it isn't written in scripture. I'll keep looking
