I don't think it is possible. MS made that area almost impossible to modify to prevent low life applications from utilizing that space. I remember a similar topic on this a long time ago.
UPDATE In my post above #5, I failed to include the results of standard XP Luna enabled theme. Under the same circumstances as all the other tests, Luna ran at a total of 164732K. That is MORE than the windowblinds enabled system. What slays me about all this are the whiny StyleXP freaks that think their app does it all using no resources. I rebooted my system and waited a few minutes for everything to load

I would recommend the spot where the wincustomize store ad is That would be bad for revenue generation which is essential to the continued operation of the site. I for one don't feel that the "browse site" area is that badly out of place at all. It's not like you have to scroll through a dozen pages

I have the same setup that you specified and "Cool", by gef performs properly for me. Perhaps you should contact gef with more details as he is in a much better position to support his works than anyone else at this juncture.
Doesnt matter though, I wont be using it - im sticking to v7 anyway) It would do you well though to at least get version 8, I think it's much better.

One part of the main thread that I must agree on it the entire Builder/Client methodology. I find it cumbersome and unfriendly. Would much prefer to see it changed back to how it used to be. As a workaround I do as Aufisch does, I just put a shortcut to builder on my start panel.
This article says it applies to a domain environment, but you might try it anyway. You may experience extremely long delays (up to 5 minutes) when logging into domains using Windows XP Pro. In addition to what Koasati said in his article I repeat what I have said in many threads concerning this. The issue will resolve itself after a few days. For now, just rename from .zip to .wba and double click it. I don't know why it self-heals, but it does.
