PS I forgot to mention that this was not the first family to ask about adopting Lady. I held out and picked the best of the bunch. I actually turned down 2 famiilies for various resons because I was hoping for a ranch/prior collie owners. The other families were not bad, just not what I hoped for. And I'm glad I held out....she got the best place I could find.
LW....You can see the new article I posted about how it went with Lady. Thank you for your offer, but I think the money would be better spent elsewhere. I know I can find her a home....and you are willing to take in a dog that others won't. So you find a dog who needs the love you can offer in your area and Lady will be okay......she has a home. I knew she would find one eventually.
