We must be sisters separated by birth...because I've got the same hair. If it's thick...and it sounds like it is...go have them just trim it a little, maybe put some layers in, and thin it out. Mine gets the thickest like right behind my ears so if I don't have that taken care of I look like Rolf from the Muppets...lol...

I think its amazing that Shea had the sense to not talk to him and keep on going. I'm so...trusting that I'll talk to just about anyone. The same thing happened to me yesterday...kinda. I had went to the store and was on my way home and I pulled up to a stoplight. When I do that...I usually do what I shouldn't...I just kinda look around and see who's next to me, like I still live in a town of 10,000 people and have a pretty good chance of
Okay...Sorry. I give up! ARGH!
Okay...sorry...I hate my computer. I apologize for the "GRRRR" post. lol Let's compare, shall we, and decide who should play me. Here's me a little over a week ago during an awards ceremony for my kids: [/URL]"> Okay. And here's Rosie O'Donnell: <img src="[URL=http://
lol...the bustier is a great idea...it will create many sordid details of your new nuptuals that you can't and won't WANT to plan in advance. Whooooeeeee! lol As for the seamstress/tailoring...just take it to a regular bridal shop. They can help you get hooked up with the crinoline of the correct poofiness and they'll do a great job getting that dress to fit your gorgeous self. Don't take it to a chain store...take it to a mom and pop brid
lol...you guys are so cute! Screw the gifts...get out of dodge for a while...*I'd* probably go for the Western PA deal. That's what you're going to remember for the rest of your life...not what he got you for your 6 month anniversary. The bikes are a good option, too.
Al...maybe...Sandra Bullock for you?
Reese Witherspoon? As me? lol...she'd need to add about a hundred pounds, then maybe we could make a go of it. I think maybe....Molly Shannon would be closer closer if you're going to typecast. Or, God forbid...Rosie O'Donnell...lol Too bad I'm not a lesbian.
With a twenty year age difference and absolutely NOTHING in common but celebrity status and sex, what could go wrong? Ugh. Yet ANOTHER Hollywood marriage (if it gets to that point) doomed to fail. Doesn't he have children her age? I mean....really?
Oh...and if you can find a Lane Bryant dere in paradise, they're having a 1/2 off clearanced bra sale.
Okay...here's my input...this from the most misshapen woman on the face of the earth... 1. Go get one of those long-line bras that'll control the "girls"...and it'll help smooth you out, too... 2. MOST dresses aren't poofy unless you have a crinoline underneath. You're probably going to need one of those, too..and there probably was one underneath the dress in the photo... 3. Take that thing to that good seamstress and ha
Awwwww...how sweet! It's so nice knowing that other people care enough about you to do something as simple as a cake for your birthday...
Happy birthday, Karen, you amazing woman you!
Oh gosh, Tex....AMEN. AMEN. You're right on. I don't want him to bring me diamonds every night. I want him to actually come home excited to see me and kiss me and hug me because he WANTS to, not because he feels obligated. I want him to take my car to get the oil changed because he knows how much I hate to do it. I want him to plan a day out just ONCE.... *sighs*....
I think you're dead on, Mason. I tend to have the same problems. I wonder how many jobs I *DIDN'T* get because I'm far from beautiful. But...to play devil's advocate, I think it cuts both ways. When I see a drop dead gorgeous man or woman, I tend to automatically assume that they're complete buttheads and I tend to steer away from them, and that is not always the case. Which usually happens to be true. Because they are aesthetical
Guess what's 4 steps away from my door? The damned pool! lol:) But I bet its not nearly as fun as the ocean...we have loud, screaming teenagers with their boom-boom ghetto ass music. Yuck. AND...young lady...you need to let me know when you're coming to Vegas...cause I'd love to at least go out to lunch with you and Hardin. I'm leaving my email address below for you. to get in touch with me... m a r c i e
I would love to see an end to the articles from the right that specifically attack leftist bloggers (as well as the other way around). I would love to see the end of blogs cheering someone being banned/silenced. I would love to see an end to the self-righteous attitude from the right as much as the infuriated indignation from the
My wife and I are talking about renewing our vows too, even though we've only been married for a couple of years. I think it is a wonderful thing to do and so romantic. It really does put life back into a marriage. We'd love to renew them in Vegas, at the kitschiest chapel we can find. Most of the casi
There are bad people from EVERY religion. Christians, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Catholics, etc., etc. My cousin is a Christian and he freakin KILLED someone. There are lots of Muslims who kill in the name of their faith, and die for that faith. Even if people hail from different faiths, they're still people, and people do stupid, neurotic things, religion or not. And it is possible to determine the cause of death from someone 2000 years ag
THREE THINGS THAT SCARE ME: 1. Infertility (I'd agree with that one) 2. The thought of never getting married. 3. Las Vegas drivers. THREE THINGS I DON'T UNDERSTAND: 1. How chunks of metal that weigh tons can fly through the air at all... 2. How an engine works. 3. Why things turn out the way they do...I'm not saying that it's BAD because I can't see the whole scope of things...but...~shrugs~ I wonder. THREE TH
btw...your ring is tres cute! I love it! Good choice!

Very cute, Brandie...I'm so excited for you and your family...it'll be so meaningful this time around, eh? Now I'm going to go and weep about how we've been fighting about it...*AGAIN*....*crying*
Okay...this is from someone who's partner will probably marry her, but here's what I know: If you do buy a dress on ebay, buy it a few sizes bigger than you think you'd need, and find a GREAT seamstress. They can do practically anything, and taking IN a dress is far easier than letting out. You might be able to find a seamstress that will custom make you something simple that you love in your price range. Also...try David's Bridal..
