So..we moved here a month or so ago, more than a month ago. Probably about 7 weeks or so. Beginning of August. When we got here, we had no place to live or anything. After about five or six days, we ended up moving into our double wide. Later on, that weekend, we traveled down to a nearby town (nearby meaning about 2.5 hours away.) to stop at a home d

Well, now that we are out in Wyoming, Marcie started to worry about winter traveling. The place where we live is pretty much in the middle of nowhere...small town USA pretty much. The thing is that if we need something specialized for cheap, then we need to travel for a couple hours in eather any direction. For example, we wanted desks a few weeks ago and outside o

Ive touched on Student accountability in the past I believe. Cant remember exactly when. But...as an educator and one who has seen the works of NCLB...Im not a big fan of it. I think most educators would agree that the thinking behind the law is great...make us accountable and all that. But there are serious flaws in the law that I dont know if it will

Hi all, Well, Marcie and I were hired in a town out in Wyoming as teachers. We were hired a couple of weeks ago and moved out last week, getting here on Wednesday. The housing market is pretty rough out here (strong?)...no houses available and the hotels fill up fast. Houses are on the market for a day or so before they sell. We ended up buying a brand n

I think this is a good article. Not a requirement to have all of these...but I think it is safe to say that all of these are great to have in a relationship and can benefit it. Just because you dont have some of these, that doesnt mean anything...but its amazing how each and every one of these are reasons a marriage fails....money, affection, parenting, caring...etc. Money for example...its not a requirement to have money sense.

You both need to get over this notion that the rules are not for you. I don't believe for a minute that you were unaware that she was using your account. Im sure you dont. But the truth is that I was not aware she was using my account. I knew she used it one time to post our wedding pics. I had no p

Hmm, kind of like you bringing up a college I signed up for over a year ago...and twisting the facts to make it look like I actually paid for and wasted time on the courses. Nope...I said you went to it beause you had enrolled for it. I never once said you paid for it. ANd if you keep bringing up the

My mockery stems from your continuous practice of telling anyone who will listen how goddamn brilliant you are, even to the point of attacking Karma here for daring to offer you some information that you 'already knew.' For one thing...you left JU for what...2 or 3 months...and then came back for the la

Man...I just had this terrible dream that my blacklisted fiance was replying on a post about medical issues using my name with my permission. Thank God that it was ONLY a dream and not reality. This is Ryan by the way. ALLL righty, with that out of the way, lets clarify something since JU has been about as helpful as an anchor with me trying to post replies on here. Not sure if our IP address is blocked from ho

You and Marcie both just hate Karma. Always have and always will. Neither of us hate anyone here. It just bothers me when its assumed that we don't know anything. Like I said, I appreciate the info, but we deserve a little bit of credit. We're not numbskulls. Frankly, this article had nothin

Neither PCOS or sleep apnea should be taken lightly. Both can have long term effects on your health (like high blood pressure). Meh. Who cares, right? <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="mb-B

You are definitely one of the most defensive people I have ever read. Why post about medical issues if you can't accept some suggestions? Sorry for sounding defensive. YOU sound condescending, like we're stupid and can't handle our own medical stuff. We ask questions, we research, we read. We know w

I guess you need to figure out what you love him for. Not saying you dont know what love is or anything...but while at one point you say feel yourself saying "run, get out," you still feel a love towards him. So...which feeling is more true? Should you stick with someone who puts you last and calls you....eventaually? Should you have to talk to someone who obviously cant keep a conversation going with his own girlfriend? Has he said he loves you..

Man...I think I chose the wrong profession. Last year, teaching in Vegas, because of my seniority level (low), they had to get rid of my position due to low enrollment in the 4th grade. So, I got bumped down into Kindergarten. At the end of the year, the same thing happened and I almost wasnt going to be brought back for the next school year because they had to get

As you can see, he didn't actually diagnose sleep apnea. He was just very sure it was something that was present. He told Marcie he would help her schedule a sleep study for after surgery. He said it probably wouldn't be very accurate right now since her throat is so stuffed with those tonsils. We're not stupid. We *get* it. We understand that weight loss is integral here.

So yesterday, Marcie and I went to the doc. She wanted to go to another Ear, Nose, Throat doc, preferably one of those doctors who actually knew what patient care is about. We went about a month or so ago to another ENT doc who was in the room with us for a grand total of 3 minutes. He told her "well...I guess they could be removed, I mean..if you want...

I think that Elindel has a good question...I mean...sort of makes you look back on who you were then, and who you are NOW. Im an ISS supervisor. I see many kids during the day that just think HS is a waste of time. They just come to HS to pass the time. They rip up tests and the like and dont even bother trying because they dont need to go to college or have a high school education to get by in the real world...according to them. On the ot

I didnt belong in any group or clique. Maybe in and of itself, that is a clique, I dunno. The one thing I loved the most was singing in Concert Choir. I was in that from 10th through 12th grade. We represented MN in the 50th annviersary of the ending of WWII and traveled to Paris, Normandy, London...and we got to sing at Notre Dam and Normany...etc. We also performed a tour around our hometown and released a CD and we won multiple awards at state C
