I agree with ParaTed. I'm still in contact with friends I made in polytechnic, but not those I went to secondary school (high school) with. We did try for a while after we graduated, but we were all taking different courses after we left school, and had different schedules. Just sort of ran out of things that we can share I think. We were very different from each other. Of course, if we met on the streets, we would have lots of things to catch up on.</

Being concerned and asking questions isn't taking sides. I can't help but ask one or the other what is happening when two friends are quarreling. I would however answer "I don't know" if either one ask me if he or she is the right or wrong. Internet conflicts are rather difficult to mediate if the quarrel is really severe. Remember that the person who judges you like that, probably has a log in his eye, so it's likely he isn't seeing things properly anyway.
