In 86 I "went home" and yes my childhood house was torn down, as was the grade school, and our first house,. One time my parents and kid sister went to Canada for a week and I had a blast! Played music as loud as I wanted to, watched whatever I wanted to on tv and loving that I didn't have to watch their shows! I ate them outa house and home, and went out every night ( to the roller rink) I wasn't wild or anything.....boy, , it sure wouldn't be any different if I was a kid again....ROFL
