It sounds to me like he's trying to cover his you know what! That old "but" is interesting, I love how some people use it not realizing that they've just given themselves away.... some people use it intentionally, to try to throw others off. However they'll mess up in other areas.

wow, at first i thought you meant me, cause my messenger name is different than my online name here, and sometimes i use the nickname my uncle gave me ( when I use messenger) so I guess it applies to me. in a way. I can use just my email name, diffent from here, can't change that tho.

Guess I"m late getting here, just wanted to mention that my older's sister's ex-husband used to smoke pipes too, and I LOVED! the aroma of the Cherry tobacco he used. I remember that slightly sweet aroma combined with his English Leather after shave. You with this vanilla maple pipe are bound to intrigue the ladies have a great time young man!

How about David Ogden Stiers? the former Major Winchester from Mash. Personally I liked James Doohan when he appeared on THE TNG episode titled "Relics", one of my favorite alltime episodes. That episode hit pretty close to home.
