With OD version 1.9 the start menu docklet, all OSes, is hit and miss at best, it has been vastly improved in version 2.0 which is currently in Beta.

The easiest way to edit the images such as frame picture is to open the folder for the skin, path is C:\Program Files\WinCustomize\LogonStudio\skin name. Then open the images in your graphics software and save back to folder when have what you want. This way there is no need to select image in editor as it will be used by default when logon is applied. Frame picture or user account background is Bitmap_112.bmp in folder. On Xp anyway I think I remember seeing that those fonts are hard coded by MS, therefore they can't be changed.
