Was OD 2.0 the only change to your system before this issue started, as Dewie said OD should not be causing this unless, which rarely but sometimes happens). If unloading OD has not effect and there is nothing else new on system it could be a corrupt download of OD or a borked install. If still the same with OD unloaded maybe a uninstall and reinstall with security apps disabled for download and reinstall. Some people depending on their system have install issues with security apps running.</

What you my be seeing at least for the walls, for whatever reason, there is about a 30 to 45 min. lag for a wall to show in the wallpaper gallery. This has been that way for some time now. It is only the wallpaper gallery, in fact if you go to the wallpaper gallery and sort it by downloads today you will see that is not even correct. Even the download count lags to be up to date.

[/quote] With SkinStudio you can remove the start button glow; now for the times you may have taskbar showing the start button, depending on the skin, may look a little funky ( not complete without the glow) but at least when it is hidden your desktop will be clean.

If you uae a skin that has a resizing bar that is taller than the I believe 4 pixel default , you will see it when taskbar is hidden, an example; Encounter resizing bar is 6 pixels tall, when taskbar is hidden you can see the top of it across screen edge. I believe Windows hides taskbar based on taskbar height and 4 pixel resizing bar, anything above that, start button glow, oversized resizing bar will not be hidden. This is normal, the oversized start button is done using 2 images, start button and glow, the glow is what you are seeing as it is above (or below if taskbar at top) the start button and taskbar height.

I have both 1.9 and 2.0 beta installed on XP, the speed of the icons on a flyout is about 2 times faster with 2.0 beta than with 1.9. Actually had to unload 2.0 and load 1.9 to add a flyout menu as it does not seem to be in 2.0 beta yet, maybe this could be why the icon speed is faster.?

If you check the downloaded items again I think you will find that they are just a normal zip file, very few use the .dockzip format when they upload. I say this because .dockzip is it's own file type not a renamed zip file as some other types of skins are, so being converted to a normal zip when it is it's own file type would not seem possible.
