On explorer tree, Window Borders,Title Bar text, Fonts and Fonts FX are subs of Title bar text. You may need to right click on explorer area, select customize, check show all available selections, click ok. This will show everything in explorer tree.
Try upgrading to 4.5. Windowblinds should work fine on Windows 2000, it can be used on Windows 98. I just got two skins recently thet I absolutely love (6070 and Inspirat Your screen shot does not look like either of these skins. 6070 is for WB 4.5, Inspirat should be fine on 4.4. Upgr
You will need SkinStudio, click software tab top of page, download and install. Open GT3 in SkinStudio, on left is explorer menu, click miscellaneous, select colors, on right, section tab, first selection is window click, will be 2 background settings, one for MDI one for Window, click color setting then set to color you want, save and apply.

No problem, if this is first time porting take your time using SkinStudio. Some things need settings changed to have everything skinned. Example, from explorer tree Controls, Menu, Pull Down Background. On right, section area disable flat menus so will be skinned. Check all menu parts, will have to enable some of the toolbar buttons. Depending on the msstyle you ported you may even have to edit images to get the full WB look.

When convert, before hit ok, select options, click parameters, select optimized for maximum quality, select both options for image corrections click ok then ok to convert, will be UIS2. When I port msstyles always port as UIS2, as you can convert UIS2 to UIS1 with SkinStudio but can't convert UIS1 or 1+ to UIS2. UIS1+ has 2 images for window frames top and bottom together, left and right togehter. UIS2 creates 4 frame images one for each.</
Changing a skin every few days thats nothing. From WC forums and some playing by myself, I edit my Logons by tweaking UIFILE. To get logging off, saving settings, windows is shutting down and welcome when start computer in the best place for each logon, I have rebooted 5 or 6 times in 1/2 hour to see how logon looks. For WB's first time load new skin spend 1/2 hour in SkinStudio adjusting font size, type, colors to my liking, I run large taskbar so
Open WindowBlinds config, basic settings, Skin window backgrounds, select dialog backgrounds, apply changes. Steve has bitmap images for background but when not set to skin will see color setting, which he does have blue.
First time you open a thread will load at top of page, if you go to that thread again will drop to last comment you got to last time you visited that thread, it remembers how far down page you scrolled.
Is FireFox default browser, sounds like it is not, are you clicking to open connect window to use FF, then clicking to open FF, if this is case, open FF first, then click to open connect window. If FF is default it should open it and connection window when open FF, and connect window should be on top. If you can set ISDN to dial automatically it will not matter where it opens as you will not need to click anything. You should be able to set it

No problem. Since last update I have noticed a few skins I have with no font values set, but they have 8 to 10 preset fonts. It takes longer to setup a preset, than to select one for menus or whatever. I don't understand why someone would set that many preset fonts but not use them. Had one skin 12 presets, font not set for 75% of fonts.
If the skin applies using WindowBlinds, maybe something happened when you created suite, delete it and make again, if skin will not apply with WB, try downloading again. I can't think of any reason why it would not apply other than it is corrupted. For easy access to wallpapers I sent folder to desktop (shortcut, right click on folder) then dragged it to quick launch, one click access.
What are the names of some of the skins you have problems with. Start menu has no font settings, always XP default, more programs fonts can be changed, but normally font type is changed, if size changed normally won't be bigger than start menu. List a few a I will see if it is in the skin settings.
If need to change because it is larger than rest of menus, is a combo. of last WB update and no value for font set. Open skin in SkinStudio, explorer tree on left, controls-menus-pull down item, on right, section, select fonts then select one of preset fonts from drop list, or select add new font to use what you want. Hope this helps.
The name of the skin is "Synthec" Where did you get this skin, I searched WC and ThemeXP no match at either. For wallpapers I put all mine in Windows\Web\Wallpaper. They will always show up in Theme Manager and Display Prop. as this is WindowsXP folder for them.
I have SkinStudio installed, visual styles are WindowBlind skins. Skins from when you had StyleXP are MS Themes lower down Applications list. File save desktop is making a theme from windowblind skin, which will show up in suites. When select a MS Theme and click apply, will be converted to WindowBlind skin and applied.
No problem, SkinStudio takes a little bit of playing with to learn where and what the settings do.
Click XPTaskbar in preview, click on userpane, on right of preview pic, hide user picture click on it, from drop down list at bottom of preview pic select enable, save, reapply.
If you have SkinStudio sized to small it may be chopped off, maximize, click miscellaneous, click colors, watch right side of screen, you will see it change, will display color settings, window is first selection.
It could be a transparent/translucent setting issue. It could also be an issue with the image.
Jademeister, if it is Longhorn 2 from ThemeXP there is no shellstyle.dll in it.
To put taskbar at top of screen click and drag to top.
