Phoon, IE has not self corrected yet, since I use FF 95% of the time I will play with IE now and then. It would be nice to have it work properly just in case I ever need it. Thanks for the tip/info, maybe one of these days when we cross paths I will be able to report problem fixed.

With dark skins it is hard to have all text usable since FF text is not contolled from same places of SkinStudio as Windows is. I have spent over 1 hour playing with text colors on dark skins and still ended up have to accept some would still be unreadable. tga is an image format, used for WB for alpha transparency, as for PSP 9 I can't answer. There are a few threads on forum about tga but I could not find any that start with the basics, could not find anything about PSP 9. Maybe post new thread asking for tga/ PSP 9 help. For tga on forums use search in Browse Site left side of page.
If is a .zip, unzip then move folder to WindowBlinds folder open WB and see if it shows up. I have not had this problem for a long time but when I did this worked for me.

The tga image in pearthane alpha is 230, setting in SkinStudio for start panel effect is blur, but from checking WB's with alpha start panel, color seems to make a big difference. To have it look like pearlthane you would need to use settings and very close to same color. If you have, if not download, Bloss and StealthOS, both have alpha start panel. By looking at a few examples may help you get the look you want.
Phoon, I use FF but if I want to get IE working would I have to use your method for everything, bootskin, logons, cursors, IP and WB all download as proper file but will not self install. The other thing I find strange about this is that IE is my default browser, hide exts. for known files uncheck. If IE which is part of OS can't open when ext. is proper how can FireFox? SP2 is causing many download problems, .wba will not install on download for me using IE but it will with FireFox. For some people .wba is being changed to .zip when download with IE (.wba is just .zip renamed), which means saving to disc then rename .zip to .wba then double click to install. You are not alone, many others are having these problems.
If start panel is black, then this looks like pearlhtane, transparent places panel, everything else normal. If you could explain fully what you want to do maybe someone will have the answer.
Text color for FF menubar is not set by menu or toolbar settings in SkinStudio but by menu text in miscellaneous- colors. Since most darker skins have gray background for unskinned menus, text is black. Best work around is to use a FF skin that skins menubar. Desktop X and Window Blinds are not upload together. The screenshot does sometimes include other things for effect. The item in upper left corner is for SysMetrix. Search SysMetrix and Desktop X using Copper to find items to match Copper Deck WB. For SysMetrix you will need software if you do not already have it, click link top of SysMetrix page.
Advanced Controls which menus are part of, require enhanced version, it is worth the 20 dollars.

No problem Zero. I am not sure what the run time error is can only suggest to check .ini of one that causes error against one that does not, you should be able to find error. I have created a few logons to see how it works, and have edited every logon I have, only thing ever cause error is other language in .ini, false as falsch. This is in .ini of ones I edit, once correct spelling works fine.
Glad to help, when I defrag, first set screen saver to none as some have high resources needs, I always do a second defrag, will be much faster and always seems to find a couple more files to move. I defrag about every 2 weeks, as I download just about everything new from gallerys then delete what I don't like.

Could be you need to defragment hard drive, with use files get moved around with opening and closing, making things run slower.
The bigger a folder is means more to be organized to open folder, but should only be slowish first time opened after starting or reboot, my music folder is 4.23GB 3,336 files 284 folders, takes about 10 seconds to open first time, next time is almost instantly open. As for WB at one point I had 250 skins in folder, it is just to slow for WB, or display properties to open with that many, I stay around 80 now, WB would take 30 to 40 seconds t
