looks like were having a chat.... you can make your bitmap_128 transparent when it is run in Logonstudio you know. just make it 32bit in Photoshop.... and define where the transparency is...

i downloaded the link and did notice that bitmap_128 is not 32-bit. so there was the problem. anyway, im glad help came. by the way, is it your purpose to add image in the bitmap or is that a cutout of the background? (just curious) i am waiting for the email.... Good luck and happy skinning!
