Just loggin in and seems I can"t download anything now. I am a registered object desktop subscriber but when I hit a download link it says I have reached my 50 megabyte limit and I have a user level of 0. But when I go to my account tab it says I am a level 3 user Whats going on now </f
WOM-again thanks for the reply-so what should we do-should we wait or take the risk that we keep submitting the same theme that may just be waiting approval

I keep sumbitting a theme and when I first go to my skins it shows up as in processing but then shortly later it will disappear and nothing shows in the my skins tab. Is it there or have they been erased?
No problem DPG-and yes Fuzzy I quess I really did ask two questions and any help would be appreciated. I realize the tremendous undertaking it is to get the new site underway and would understand if somehow things got misplaced so really I quess all I want to know is if I need to resubmit my theme. First time on the new site-looks great but will need some time to get use too.My question is that I just submitted a new dx theme last evening and I noticed when I go to my skins its not listed as pending approval-is this because it is no longer there there and need to resubmit or is there a new way of handling this,thanks in advance.
Thanks jafo,had a"_" in the file name that I quess shouldn"t have been there. Have no idea what you mean about a renamed bmp to jpg? Just uploaded without a hitch so thanks again for the insight

Maybe someone can help-I have been trying to upload a dxtheme and keep getting the message "invalid file format" and error message 1010. Even tried zipping the file and uploading that way and still same errorDon"t seem to have the problem on any other site-any help would be appreciated.

Hus-again thanks for the response No,my account doesn"t need to be cross referanced-my info is the same across the board from the time I purchased my computer till now and I really don"t feel like I need to email stardock since I show as a level 4 user. Maybe they[stardock]should earn more of my 70 us dollars[besides the use of software-that I truely love] read this thread and act on it.
