Faith is defined as a belief in things without evidence. It's an oxymoron to have faith in science. It's more grammatically correct to say "I believe" in science. I believe in science because of the evidence. I disbelieve in God or gods because of the lack of evidence. It's really that simple.

Agnostic (the word) is only a statement about knowledge, nothing else. There are agnostic Christians, it is not a mutually exclusive term. The problem with the muslim belief and their virgins is simple. When they get to heaven, and see those virgins, their thirst for them will never be satisfied.
