The problem with that is, I'm not all too sure that the number of abortions being performed needs to be decreased. Maybe free condoms for all, to decrease the number of accidental pregnancy, but I dont think people should be discouraged from having abortions. I don't know whether people are born that way or not, but I don't believe they choose to be gay. Even if they do however, they are being discriminated against based on a choice which is just as bad as being discriminatory against someone who chooses to live single or chooses to get married. Why would anyone choose to be gay? Could you explain that to me? Did you or I choose to be heterosexual? Or was that just our desire, our sexuality?

The reason this has happened is that the democrats and the republicans have flipped. Abraham lincoln was of the party that eventually became known as the Republican Party. Jimmy Carter was a democrat, Clinton was a democrat, and they were both very pro-choice pro civil rights leaders, although I admit they are more recent than the '60s.
