I am getting filenames like this: _gourl_http___www_poweruser_tv_podcasts_Episode3Final_mp3 If I change that last underscore to a dot it will play. No other podcast does this are you guys missing something on the server? thanks, kith

Brad, What did you do.... First you are always right for Gods sake! Literally, and it gets really old really fast and really pisses people off. How can anyone argue with you when it is impossible to find any logical inconsistencies in your statements. I occasionaly read your posts and for the life of me I have never seen anything I could call you on. Second you bounce all around "the community" and are always right. People will accept this on
You have to manually click install to update a program, but once you open the SDC application it will tell you if there are any updates available. There is also a tray app you can isntall that will let you know when updates are ready. All are customizable depending on how you want it to work.
In addition, SDC only updates newer files. So you do not have to re-download files already on your computer. So if only a the .exe or .dll is updated, that is all it will download, saving bandwidth.

Frog - don't feel bad. Alex St. John mentioned your little DX fish and Wincustomize in the last paragraph of his article in CPU magazine this month. Well it isn't front page stuff but the little things do add up. There is also the PC Mag Editors choice for Desktop Customization for months on end now. I know it's hard getting the respect you deserve, but slashdot is far from a Windows paradise. bill
Since the idea of paying skinners is out, how about the Admins. Some of these people have been busting their buts working on this site for over four years now. All unpaid volunteers. How about kicking some money back to them, weighted for seniority of course. All the hours they put in I think they deserve a cut first and foremost. See how that works, if it goes well try bringing skinners into the mix.
Frog - The price is very reasonable and no one will ever question Pauls artistic or techinical craftsmanship. His work is top notch. I understand you want to provide awesome themes. I know that is probably easier to do in house with one author, as it provides a consistent look and feel. I just think there are quite a few people out there who could use the work. People who have been friends and customers of Stardock for a long time. I appreciate your response and can see your point, thanks.
Brad - I'm not sure how I feel about this. I certainly don't mind putting up some cash to help starving artists! Heh, everyone needs some beer money. But as far as I know this is the first time Stardock has created a theme for sale "in-house". I think this marks a definite departure from previous themes. Mormegil's work is awesome, but when he did Orion and Toon it was not as an employee in Livonia. Even with Pixtudio and Skinplant, that is their business model, graphics and design, I can accept
