I just hope that if it becomes an issue here, as it has in other places, that the people involved are treated with a little more dignity and maturity . Some recent posts from members have made me wonder... In reading the above it seems this can be a complex issue and I would hate to see a community lynch mob after someone here for a "grey area" violation.

WiseOldMan are you suggesting "Taxation without Representation", that's the stuff Tea parties are born from. I don't think the idea was that the $20 would be payment for a membership, membership for basic access is free. If I understand it correctly your money would be for a subscription which would allow greater access and goodies. Sounds like a bargain to me. I pay $27 dollars a year for PC Mag, I see it a

Two points about ratings I don't understand: 1) How can the Admins not know who rated what? By this I mean you can only rate a skin once, the server knows not to let you do it twice. The info isn't stored on your cookie. It has to be there somewhere. 2) Why not require a comment when rating. It would be "semi" annonymous, yet require some accountability. People would not be as likely to "tank" someone elses work with a one vote purely for personal reasons. This is a r

Here's the way I see it. Right now there are 25 seperate sections on this site. Four of those can easily be combined into one section. One doesn't count as you don't download, Screenshots. So my list is... 1) Windowblinds - Make Webblinds a subsection, Gui Olympics, WinXP Skins. Stardock software needs a home here. 2) Object Bar 3) Desktop X 4) Icon Packager 5) WinStyles WC is official site for the following. 6) Coolplayer 7) Dashboard

Brad, I think debating you makes most people uncomfortable... . You are an excellent debater, there is no doubt about that. Take your 16 year old trash talker. He just wants to be heard. He doesn't want a 30 something CEO of a company bashing him in the face with more facts than he could ever comprehend. He can never win! Same in the physical world. A 300 lb football player confronts this same kid an

At $30.00 USD it would cost you $ 56.33 AUD. Today's Interbank was trading at $0.5435 per USD which is much stronger than the $.052 from a few months back. This is good news for you guys buying American products. However on the other hand Australian cattlemen are taking a big hit on beef exports to the USA.

Pat, I have never understood this continuing drama over WB being so slow. My home computer is nothing to write home about, especially when compared to the new offerings out now. I have been using WB for a year and a half now and have never noticed a significant performance hit. I boot minimal, with nothing to speak of running, often to do disk clean up etc. and I can not tell the difference. So in the benchmarking of viual perception I can say WB is a transparent task!

Oh this is great, now we are sending out hitmen to bully to the socially underdeveloped! These people don't need the threat of physical violence, they need to be shown examples of proper behavior. Let's just hope their parents haven't given up on them! Hey Deadman67, stick your hand out and help them out from under that rock, you never know what might happen.
