My suggestion: Make it an option at game start. Include something like Cost to build city : 1) Essence (5) (on dead land after the first) 2) Essence (2) &

WINNER.TAKE.ALL. If you want to implement it, N could be: N = MAX(CHA Sovereign;CHA Heroes in battle) + Training* + Special Boni (like Warlordtrait or such) *Training: Green 1; Veteran 2; Elite 4 a.s.o. Randomness vs. Richness I like irongamers idea. Or amke a set of special maps and include them into the random generator, so that there is maybe a 10% chance to play on a special map.
I guess it is working as intended. You should not be able to build all or even most of the buildings in each city AFAIK.
Go under options (upper left blue button)/preferences and mark 'show prerelease versions (Alpha/BETA)'. Hope it helps.
Elemental - very cool, but its crashing alot. Defense Grid - resinstalled and beat the campaign in one sitting without loosing a core. I love the game. God of War on PS3 - Like it, but hate those JnR parts. I have no patience for it.
@lbgsloan: They did realease 2 new heroes. Demon Assassin and Occulus IIRC.
Already preordered Elemental. When will Dragon Age be worldwide? As much as i love the Settlers, with that DRM i wont buy it. Ubisoft = Fail

Caravans go along that route. No road yet. As turns go by (and the caravan successfully reach the other city and come back), the road is automatically built. Techs can improve these kind of roads once they are done.
I find that the best of ideas. Maybe, if you wan
I really dont know anything about art, so i can just say: I like them very much and the Trinity cover is now desktop'ed. Thank you.

And, again, it sucks that Impulse isn't allowed to offer a game worldwide. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
@Thanaeon You could make a fireball like: category: fire damage: 10 arcane damage and fire-elementals would simply be immune to category fire and vurnable to water / frost. I know it is a publisher thing. It was the second part i was after [e digicons]^_^[/e] . Thank you very much, Zoomba.
The Stardock report 2009 made me hope that you will make games available worldwide, from some point in the future. Does that mean there is a chance that older games like Dragon Age will be made available worldwide?
It still amazes me that you seem to be the only dev that has a clue about what PC gamers like and dislike. Thank you for that.
The usefullnes and reputation of this feature (and Impulse) will depend very strongly on the offers you make. If they arent good enough for people, you will get very bad rep for it. They really would have to be much better then the usual weekend sales. In price and items offered. I would advice against even trying to market games that arent AAA.
@FutileEmotion Coming from an analyst background myself i must say that Nesrie has a strong point here. It doesnt matter in this discussion tho, 'cause Frogboys point was something completly different, as i understand.
So stop trolling your own bridge, i guess. [e digicons]^_^[/e]
OK, i'll buy it as soon you are making it available for EU in Impulse *poke*.
Quoting OsirisDawn, reply 64 Planescape Torment. For me it was the only CRPG that ever came close to a P&P RPG. How could you play that and Not play Baldurs Gate?
I did play both BG games, but Planescape was simply better IMHO. And since there can only be one 'best of' i choose Planescape. Both BG are very good too.
IIRC some asian dev team got the rights for Dungeon Keeper and is planing to make an online version for the asian market.

Got it and i must say for the €15 its one hell of a fun game. There is really no reason to not buy this game if you like ARPG even a tiny bit.
