And the only thing that melts are the hearts of young lovers.

It boggles the mind the hatred of the left. Everyone is free to disagree with others on political as well as other issues, but why berate a poor worker who has nothing to do with corporate policy? And why not get ALL the facts before going off half cocked? Well, Adam Smith will have plenty of time to think about his hatred. And to learn how to not only hate less, but research more. He was fired for being hateful. And not even on the job. He berated
I contacted them - but only to buy a gift certificate. Given they are not in the IT business, I will pass on the notification. As Taz pointed out, it is probably their web writer and they have no clue. Still (and thank you for the clues one and all
Actually, the folks who ran that little message are probably getting paid for downloads of those browsers. No doubt there was a "convenient" download link accompanying that message. If you're running IE9, your browser is plenty "modern", and uses HTML5, as you know.
Ya think (on the paid for others)? I am SOOOOO disappointed. But I guess they will try to make a buck any way they can. As it is,
I had to post this as it made me laugh. I was surfing some restaurant reviews for my mother's birthday (she lives 800 miles from me, so a night out is what she wants these days), and happened upon a nice restaurant (great reviews). I clicked on the site (in IE, I usually am running 3 or 4 browsers at once) and got a pop up message - "It looks like you are using Internet Explorer. To view our site correctly, please update to a modern browser like Google Chrome o

I actually just saw one yesterday. It was at a meeting, and one guy was using it. I love it!
I saw him on Leno or one of those shows when he was 90. He was as feisty as ever! One of our digital OTA channels ran a 21 hour marathon on McHale's Navy. It was fun to watch the show again.

Congratulations on the work. I do hope you get some down time, and as this is old, you may have.
As a short person (I topped out at 5'10"), I am happy to see so many short people prominently mentioned in your article. But where was Mickey Rooney when they needed hobbits? ;)

Little creeks and raging torrents! Thanks for an early morning chuckle! Hope your hemorrhoids have healed. ;-)
The 10 commandments are the Dos and Don'ts. Your list is the Shoulds and Shouldnots. There is room for both. And while NOT going into debt is almost impossible, learning to get out of debt is what sets apart the winners from the bankrupts. Good list.
If you are warned that your actions will result in harm, and do them anyway, you have only yourself to blame. Remember the Cole.

I have a half dozen external drives (they seem to collect all over the place). Probably a couple are WDs. Will check this out.
Now that is cool! I will look into that to eliminate the paper chase myself!
DAMN! I missed you! Wish I had signed on earlier. I would have arranged to meet you and share a glass of tea (too hot for coffee). I need to visit here more often. Time just gets away. At least it was cool (relatively) for your visit.
Another great died today. At least in my book. This time it was Ernest Borgnine. An actor who entertained a young boy and young man on many occasions. I really loved his cameo in RED, and he looked great for being 95. But alas, our bodies wear out usually long before our minds do. Thinking back over the people that I have written about, the ones that I miss as father time chases all of us down to the ground, I noticed that most of the ones I miss the most
It is hard not to anthropomorphize your pets. My wife has had one of our cats since she was 4 weeks old. (She even had to bottle feed it for a couple of weeks). When she was young, she was as bad as any teenager (there you go!) with me. Always doing the exact opposite. She is now about 6 years old, and while she is still my wife's cat, she knows how feeds her and lets her out on her leash. So when I call, she comes running. But she is still the master o
NOW you tell me! After I make my cell phone one! Actually, it is pretty cool as I can make my laptop available to my wife when I am charging my phone on it. Thanks!
