Well, If you go to the downloads section, Click on collectors edition content and if there are 3 downloads on offer then you have them. If you dont, Check your email adress that you have your stardock account registered on, I recently got an email giving me the upgrade details... P.S The Galciv II theme for XP is cool.

I think that what planetidiot is trying to get at here is that the light extras dont actually shine and cause reflections on the rest of the ship, Rather they just look like a blue ball untouched by sladow effects and the likes..

Well, The only time I've even seen a walmart was on this one southpark episode.. Here in New Zealand we have "The Warehouse" - Essentially a giant air conditioned shell with stuff for sale -- Walmart is only stocking collectors edition at the moment, I reccomend geting GCIICE, Its the same price and you get lots of extra stuff.

The maps are just XML (aka text!) so just go in there and see how it's organized. It's pretty simple IIRC, so if you dont mind getting your hands a bit dirty in notepad you could probably make your own map pretty easilly. Does this mean there is a chance for third party map editing software while we wait?

If you plan on upgrading your governmental type from imperial I reccomend keeping your happiness around 70%+. Otherwise the senate will blast your party bonuses into the negatives, Systems are far more likely to break off from your empire, etc.

Poop happens, Especially with autonomous systems to detect cheating.. I would suggest uploading your savegame and linking it to a forum post, That way stardock can examine the save file and build on their anticheating system from there.

Also, what's a good balance to build on planets? Should you immediately just chock a planet full of stuff, or go slow, and keep space open for other buildings later? Build it all up now, Your citizens wont give a crap about your "Save the planet program". (Empty spaces are useless except for building)
