in order to fix the problems with Windowblinds 5.0, you must change the system date of your system to a time before all these errors started to show. To paraphrase "To steal the trial software by tricking it into thinking it hasn't expired set you clock back a year. Also turn off your time sync. Als

My little guy needs a mate. He starting to spray all over my screen. That would be so cool [from a certain point of view]. My pet locked up. He's become catatonic. Boredom and sleep are maxed out. Waste is yellow. Hunger and sickness are nil. But he won't do anything. I may have to p

Day 2 requests: Make/unmake the bed on click (placing DP on unmade bed put him to sleep} Aim the fireworks cannon Add ticker to top of box Add moods to DP (if hungry he cries or gets angry and gets in the way under your mouse, if tired he trudges slowly, if sick have him get sick; provide a rag to clean up. Clicking one side of ball or the other affects movement [cool!]. . . but

Actually, one of my earliest thoughts was to make it travel between computers. Great minds I guess. If these are the only enhancements that folks come up with . . . you did good with what you did. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icon

I too spend my day copying and pasting but am not seeing what you describe. Does restartign the MP service on either the secondary or primary reset the issue? Which one?

Thanks for the update Brad. I'm really looking forward to this. You know, a RSS feed from http://www.societygame.net/ .). Link to watch progress would be nice. [And since I'm asking (wishing) for stuff, how about an update on ObjectBar?] Can you also refresh my memory in regards to getting the game (TG

Those are just the Day 1 items Laurence . . we'll have to see what tomorrow brings. I have mixed feelings about being such a crappy DX developer. On one hand I wish I could make the changes myself, on the other . . . making changes seems a lot like work. Thanks f

I picked up the desktop pet and think it's pretty cool . . . but there are some things right off the bat I wish for: A better ball, something like this: Link . Maybe being able to play kick with him. More interaction with the little guy (all it appears I can do is tickle/pet and move). Being able to put him to bed. Or making him take medicine. Or a beh

I've got exactly the same problas everybody above It looks like the buying the pro version fixes the problem. And the pro version rocks! 3+ computers, file copy. What more can you ask for? What happens if you run DX without WindowBlinds? Other than the UI is so ugly one wants to put thier fist though the display? <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc

I think the link you want is here: Link But there is not much detail . . . and the trade-off may be some Tablet functions. Il Duce (the user who removed the services) was in contact with Mike (at Stardock) via the newsgroups (stardock.thinkdesk.multiplicity @ news.stardock.com). For completeness sake, what version of MP are you using? <br

What a great idea. I would love to see a blind based on the pink ribbon. And maybe with one of those "extra" buttons that could link to a donation or awareness site. A DX object with stats? I can't imagine why such a thing would not be allowed. (But I am not an admin, I just play at the house.) <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Posted via WinCustomize

I have a Viewsonic 1250 and have seen some lag when the mouse is over ActiveX componants in a browser on the secondary. [That sentence had WAY too many modifiers!] I wouldn't catagorize it as horrible though. Far from it. Any lag (outside of that) is infrequent and caused by wicked bad network traffic {I think} Does your mouse lag ALL the time, MOST of the time, SOME of the time? <a href="../resources.aspx?cmd=3

You might want to check your configurator abstraction wizard settings, there is quite possibly a hole in the patched inversion coupling that has caused a buffer relay overprotection induction. I had this problem until I was able to pin down a configuration for my WCSUB.pay files. Now I have gotten pretty cleaned up. </TA

I was concerned, as this thread developed, that Neil wasn't aware of ongoing issues being experienced by legit users and installs with what apparently is the release version. After all, if he doesn't know about the problems, he can't fix it Pict These boards are great for community support and it
