Yeah, progress at last. Finally got my frames to stop jumping - they stand still and change colors. Now to go for the added animation (holding my breath). You were right about the size of the frame. Somehow my graphic was off on one of the sides. It was driving me crazy. I think the animation will be pretty neat if I can pull it off. Anyway, it will be one less headache. By the way, I feel a growing thread in the progress. What can I say?

No, the entire frame moves. I'm in the process of trying a different approach with the animation and see what happens. Are the buttons numbered correctly? I just gave you what I had in my uis file so you may have to modify the button numbers to match your experiments. All of them do appear for me and all work but the menu items.

Boy, there you go teasing me - mention of a UIS3 and I can't get my hands on it. You have certainly peaked my curiosity. I have 21 frames for each side. Well, as far the animation, I probably want the impossible. The effect I would like to achieve is as follows. I want the frames to change the colors (which they do), but without the jumping part. Then I want my design which is different shapes on top of the frames to just glitter. I will try opening IE in object edit and see what happens. However, when it throws me into object edit, I just get a bunch of gibberish.

Loved the new title feline. You have a very ingenuous mind. The shade of transparency makes sense. I will try that out. That will probably solve that problem. Sure wish I could animate this one for the effect I want. Guess I just need to play around with it some more and see what wicked things I can do to it. The menu, - well a different story. Well, you asked for it - are you ready for this? I have a total of 21 frames for each portion of the frame. I have a design (for lack of a better word for it) which is animated (animation of the left, right and top of the frame). I don't want the bars to animate, just the design. Humm, just had an idea. Thanks, really neat. Wished I could get a similar effect with this one. Been trying to get just the animation (which unfotunately is on the top and two sides) to work by themselves without the 4 bars moving. Don't know if that is possible with using their anim.dll. Sure wish the animations were independent from the bars.

Go to your object bar icon on your system tray, right click, select load theme. When it bring up your list of themes, look at the bottom options. Select load, find your xpjeans obpack file, open it. You can also double click your xpjeans obpack file and it will install it. Then you can go to your load theme option and it should appear with the others and you can select it from there.

Wow, swimming fishes on your titlebar. Where did you get them? Gives me an idea for another theme. You ought to see the one I'm doing, (called fiberoptic - guess that will give you an idea - really different - dancing sides top bottom plus an added ani all the while changing to three different colors.) If you want to give your mind a rest from spinning you could just watch it and let it take you away. Just wanted to do a fun one.

Sorry about the busy schedule (I kinda figured it had something to do with the bars on the windows - guess I guessed right - it's to keep you working and not going home.) Well, maybe there's hope. This menu thing is getting to me. (I think it's tailspinning me on the verge of the manic depressive cycle - either that or my computer is in extreme danger.) Well, feline, if your still around here's the update. All the smartbuttons work for me except the menu thing (again). Same story. Brings up the menu, but the items on the menu still launch me into Object Edit. Can't seem to figure that one out. Beats me.

Well, got the buttons done. They show up in the preview, show up in Windowblinds config, I don't get any error messages in the analyze part, but the buttons aren't showing up on my windowblind. Still can't change the URL. Let Adam know and asked if they haven't finished implementing or if I'm doing something wrong. Alas, alas. Can't test it out if my buttons aren't showing up on the windowblind so I still don't know anymore than I did.

Downloaded the update of Skin Studio. It now has smartbutton support. Boy, has Adam done some really neat things with Skin Studio. I'm in the process of adding them in and testing them out. Will be back with you on the results. Got the info in the uis but haven't finished adding the buttons yet. To be quite honest, I was so busy checking out everything that was new and adding stuff that I completely forgot about the buttons (guess I'm a hopeless case).

You got that right. I'm on this thing from 7:00 until 10:00. If my cat wants to visit she has to come and sit on my lap. (If downloading, do housework while it downloads, check, go back to cleaning, check, download some more, go back to cleaning and so it goes.) Forced to stop and cook. About 50/50 now that I have been using the block sender. Don't bother going to the bottom to be taken off the list anymore. On the news the other day, it mentioned that doing so is sometimes a gimmick to re-activate the mailings and thus more lists.
