Boot Screen Problem! in Community WinCustomize Forums

Hi, this is my first posting, but could any one advise me on why when i have installed the boot screen software, when my laptop starts,all i get is the dreadddddddddddddded blue screen.But i have a home PC and it works fine on that. Any help would be great thanks michael
