Thanks Zubaz. I am editing an existing skin. When I click the edit link on the skin page, it loads 4 fields (skin name, category, description and tags) that were already associated with the skin. I do not need to upload the skin or preview. There is no change. I just want to update the description. So, I changed the description and clicked the submit button. The link was originally upload2.aspx. Today I tried upload.aspx as well. The error is same.

I am trying to update the text for the blind I uploaded. Based on a suggestion, I tried to just edit the text and leave other boxes empty. When I click upload, it stays there forever. I follow an almost same routine. Probably not as many different programs. - Anti Virus Scan (avast) - Anti spyware scan (spybot S&D) - Windows Cleanup by Steven Gould to cleanup temporary files and cache and such. - Windows Defrag (usually after running Windows Cleanup)
I had issues with skinning LogOff. Look at this thread. Mine started working as soon as I got rid of standard logoff dialog and used per pixel log off.

Try this: Right click the red button for download, and choose "save target as". When the dialog box pops up, click on the "DeskTop" icon (second one on the left side) and then click the save button. Minimize all windows or close all applications. There should be new icon on the desktop. Double click that icon. If that gives you an error, capture it and post here. If it doesn't and shows a popup at the bottom right of the screen, click that popup. HTH.
Thanks for the compliment Fuzzy Logic. I think I need to better my icon skills before attempting another blind. If I can do that, I would like to update the icons on this blind :)

Thanks again Philly. I uploaded before seeing your comment. Other than WindowBlinds I use only icons. I added that information as a comment. Don't know how to update just the text of the upload. I used Paint.NET for creating screenshots. It was like print screen and then cut and paste into one image. I am not sure if that is what other do. Skin Studio has a set size button for the skin shot but doesn't work for me.
FF or IE7 for WC. I download the skin files and most other intact to my network share instead of directly opening it because I format and install Windows often. This year was an exception. Saving files to the disk that can be used later saves time and bandwidth for me and may be for the websites as well. I wish SDC, theme manager etc had the option of downloading the theme or suite file to location (I have different folders for different types of files) where I specify and then expand it.
