I agree; Stardock support has always been outstanding, even to the extent where issues (due to my own stupidity) were addressed with exceptional kindness and patience, even at a time of day that I wouldn't have expected anyone to answer. Try getting support like this from almost anyone else, like Symantec or especially Iolo. I have Vista Basic on a PC that is otherwise completely Aero capable (I already subscribe to OD, so I couldn't justify paying the extra $60 only for for Aero, when I love OD/WB and would change the skin anyway). I also have the transparency problem mentioned previously. Does WB support Vista Basic? No differentation has been made in the specs of WB as to Vista version, except for Deskscapes, that I can find. If Basic is suported, how would I get DWM to work on my machine (for transparency)?
Hello, I've noticed, for the latest build of both DesktopX and IconX, that DesktopX will not re-load IconX on reboot, the options for using IconX no longer appear in DesktopX, and loading IconX manually after DesktopX works (but I need to go into builder mode to change IconX settings, which is a pain). The biggest problem I have is that I get an error message when both are running (on shutdown of desktopX) that "Windows can't find IconX.exe". I'
