If everything has to come from something, who created God? That is the question. My belief is that God has always been. I doubt that the answer will satisfy you, seeing as how it does not altogether satisfy me. However, God is still the only explanation for the creation of all that we

It is illogical that something comes from nothing. Everything we now know had to start somewhere, and God had to start everything moving. Evolution has taken over to create the world and the planets and the universe, but all the elements had to be created first.
Alright so I'm at a Wendy's drive-thru with a friend of mine. We order a couple of number 4's (Spicy Chicken Sandwich--Heaven in sandwich form). We creep our way up to the window where they give us our food. It was lunchtime, and the restaurant was very busy. When we pull up to the drive-thru window, a very disoriented and preoccupied employee says "You had the four number 4's and the two number 6's and the nuggets right?" At this pa
Maybe there are more people responding than we think. Seems the article attributes individual emails and letters as all belonging to the PTC if the action was taken by an individual at the PTC's urging. It's obvious that it is not just one individual responding. What I do wonder, however, is how many of
I've even take Ryan Seacrest over Carson, and believe me, I don't like Ryan Seacrest. I agree. Seacrest is also talentless, but at least I can see how people think he is good looking.
I'm sorry, my guy nature took over...I saw the word nipple and couldn't concentrate. Maybe I do need to be protected...
Uh. Any way you look at it, I just hate the NFL....yucky. Well, its not the greatest sport...but yucky?
I think it's hard to prove or disprove determinism here because none of us are really qualified to. I think you have to be a scientist agreed.
As for the apple and the banana, determinism would argue that you can't choose what your tastebuds happen to like better, and that your liking the apple better is based on past experience that you've processed. Its not about me liking one over the other...its about me choosing one and not the other.<B
I stand corrected. Either way, the PSP is more aesthetically pleasing, and offers a wider variety of uses than the DS. I think it's the capacity to play movies that's gonna push it over the edge.
From what I've heard, PSP battery life is pretty impressive.
Since this blogging site was a part of creating a Web site on www.wincustomize.com, I thought a lot of the bloggers here would be either artists/skinners or people who downloaded the stuff. There I go thinking again No worries. It seems I'm the only one who saw "skinning" and pictured hollowed out furr
PSP all the way...Sony is the new king of the gaming world. How are they better than women? They don't nag.
Welcome. Whats a skinner? The only thing that comes to mind involved various pelts and isn't very pleasant to think about...
The whoring of Christmas is truly sad. I'm not particularly religious, and that includes money worship.
Well, then, its been fun. I look forward to our next debate. Merry Xmas to you as well. Philomedy
Phil, i didnt know you were still at school. What are you studying, and how many years left? I'm studying creative writing, with a possible minor in secondary education...God willing, 2 or 3 more years and I'll be a productive member of society!
Right, I completely agree. It's like I don't want it to be right, and I have a "feeling" that it's wrong, but I can't find any reason why. It's very frustrating. Just intuitively, it seems like humans have to have some sort of choice and free will, but I don't know why that's true. I think in the case o
It is all very well to suggest people switch off, but the concern of groups like PTC is often more to do with the effect it has on others. I can see getting upset at Janet Jackson's "malfunction." You cross the line when you go after programs that are regularly scheduled and that lead in with disclaimer
YES! Sledging is an important and wonderful aspect of most sports. And all that padding does look wussy. "Sledging" is now my new favorite word, taking the spot previously held by "wanker."
This is where the XFL seriously messed up. One of the few planning mistakes Vince McMahon has made.
Another insigthful philomedy- just hope your thoughts about the reality of God are not a misguided as your opinions. I believe God is real. So do you. Theres your answer about how misguided I am about that. As far as my opinions, unless you can prove they are misguided and not just different, I'd appre
While I applaud your analogy, it falls short. The doctor does diagnostics and performs test that are based on previous experiments and countless theories that have been proven, disproven and refined. He does not make his diagnosis based on the fact that he knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that knows a guy that su
Been thinking about it since I was 14...just a few more years to finish my schooling...then...nothing but beaches and never waking up before noon...
It's sad that we have to have "no taunting rules" but even sadder that it appears that most of our professional athletes wouldn't know what sportsmanship was if it hit them over the head Agreed. <TD cl
