I appreciate the offer, Pseudo, but it's a little late for that now. I'll explain more when I get home. Thanks for thinking of me, and of AWOL, though

In the last episode, I talked about how I’d tried over the years spent at the soulless software company to get to be the manger, but only succeeded in getting myself in trouble. Because I wouldn’t bow to the higher mind and kiss the right asses, I couldn’t advance, and I felt like I was deliberately sabotaged by my final boss just so that he could keep me in line. Rig
Shit heel. You know, I was hoping you would really write something insightful on this topic, that you could illustrate with your experience, instead you regurgitate the works of others. as for my college education, or lack thereof, I thought we had this conversation. Why don't you tell us about your college education, there, Grey?
Sorry Grey, I'm still new at this. not too familiar with the whole link thing
when I joined, the recruiter told me there'd be no math... another lie!!!
wow, ParaTed, thanks for the uplifting message of hope!
Testify, brother!! um... think you can give me a hand with this blog article I've been working on.....?
Greywar posted an article the other day where he talked about the medals people are getting awarded for their participation in Operation Iraqi Freedom. He felt that desk jockeys shouldn’t be getting Bronze Stars while the door-kickers are going home with ARCOMs, and I gotta say I agree with him. The award system in the army is kinda weird anyway, at times it seems so
What's this?!? I'm not going to get rich from being in the army?!? could it be that my recruiter lied to me?!?
you know what, some of the stupidest people I've ever met have college educations. the one has nothing to do with the other. so, Pantherchic, don't hold back so much, tell us how you really feel. If you hold that all inside like that, it's just gonna eat at you.
For those of you who haven’t been keeping up, last blog was about me needing to learn to listen, and how my blind spots can affect my job. In a response to my article, Angelamarie88 asked me some questions that I’m having a difficult time answering. *You haven't yet addressed an issue that is glaring to me. Do you really believe that your career field,
Well... this obviously deserves and answer, but I'm a little rushed for time. First, thanks for writing, Angela, I knew who you are, I've read some of your stuff, too. I don't know if I ever thanked you for showing up for the wedding, but I am really grateful. And you aren't fat, you're a very beautiful young lady. As for the rest of it, I think the topic deserves better analysis and explanation than I can give it right now, so I think it may be a blog
I'm going to dumb down the debate by using bumper-sticker philosophy; if it's wrong to eat animals, why are they made out of meat?

I'm having an issue here where I'm trying to get a soldier awarded an AAM for some work he did outside the normal scope of duties. He stepped up and showed some initiativem and his actions made life a lot easier for the rest of his platoon, but because I am only asking for an AAM, he may not get it. The awards thing in the army has always bugged me. Maybe I'll write in up in my blog too.
One of my soldiers came to me with a problem today, and didn’t want my help. They were reluctant at first to discuss it with me, but they needed to talk it over with someone. They described the issue to me, and I listened to what they had to say, then asked some questions to make sure I understood as best I could. I analyzed it with them, then started offering potenti
Thanks girl, I love you too. You realize, of course, that I like having you on a pedestal. It makes it easier to see up your skirt...
I have often said that if this army thing doesn't work out, I'll turn to a life of crime. I'm never going back to dealing with customers ever again.
It would certainly be nice to spend Valentine's Day with the one I care about, but it's been years since I've been able too. Instead, we try to make quality time when we are together.
You know, religion has been a touchy subject for me for a long time. When I started blogging I thought maybe I would get around to exploring how I feel about it, but then Life-happens broadcasted my site to everyone in the family, taking away a good measure of my internet anonymity. I figured I'd have to put the discussion of religion on the back burner because I knew all of my young cousins were reading, and I felt I had a responsibility to them. You'
Welcome to Joe, Lost. I hope you find that writing will help you organize your thoughts, I know it does for me. Seeing so many of my family and friends take this up because they see me doing it is kind of humbling, but I bet it'll be rewarding too.
Hey Mamester, I remember that job, the sandwich place, right? at least the food was ok. Lost, I'll be sure to check out your site.
I agree. It's wrong to do it, and to promote it, but it would also be wrong to make it illegal. Hard choices.
you go, Tex.
