Well to be honest I'd be much more comfortable using pot medicinally than many of the prescription painkillers/anti-depressants out there I think it has more potential to provide a workable resolution given that it's dosing is flexible and it's damn near impossible to overdose.

Around here you can still get a halfway decent oz for about $100-150. That amount would last me an entire month...smoking daily. But you have to admit that the more you smoke the less effective the pot is. At some point the people have to build a tolerance. Even at your figures, it's still $320 an ounce

I don't know about this one. My wife had two surgeries for endometriosis. The first was done by a hack surgeon who caused a lot of scar tissue. The second was done by one of the best in the country. Unfortunately, the first doctor did so much damage that her tubes were left blocked and the second couldn't do anything to repair them. We had very little chance of getting pregnant naturally due to the blockage. We started talking to a fertility

After looking at the time stamps on yours and Draginol's articles, I realized why this is so bad. You should have put more than five minutes of thought into this.
Isn't there some sort of substantial tax break involved in buying a hybrid, though?
I just plugged the purchase of a Prius into my tax software for 2007. It added a $1575.00 deduction and $0.00 increase to my refund. Big incentive there if you can't find any other deductions.
I would love to retrofit the house, but it is so very expensive that I can't justify it.
I agree. The cost/benefit ratio is way off for totally retrofitting a house. However, there are a ton of great energy savers you can do. Compact fluorescents are great. Motion sensing lights are a great add on. If there is no motion in a room for a specified period of time, the light switches off. Fluorescents don't work for us. The light is too bright and the frequency cau
That's part of the frustration. Ya know the ol' "We can send a man to the moon" but we can't come up with a power source which frees us from the machinations of unstable countries?
The issue with coming up with a 'new' power source is the people in control have no reason to make a change. The existing alternative fuels are not efficient. They cost more because they cost more to manufacture. I don't think we will see a viable change to the energy market until we

I wonder how much it helps their bills and how much area inside the home must be used.
Solar panels are actually not very efficient. They are working with nano-technology to improve their ability to absorb multiple wavelengths of light. When solar panels become super efficient, this technology will be great.
But guess what? That ain't gonna happen. I work hard for the things that I have and for the bills I pay and unless this country wants to control my daily consumptions, I am going to consume what makes me happy. I imagine a change over to an alternate fuel won't be over night. That's one of my major issues with alternate fuels. It all sounds great but you can't get rid of the gas machines overnight. I sick of hearing what ifs and this source or that source is better. I just want to see some results. I work in oil and gas for an engineering and production company. Reducing our dependency on domestic oil would seriously hurt my livelihood. That doesn't mean I'm not for a lower price at the pump. I'm just sick of hearing people complain about paying the high price for gas without doing anything to effect change. I can't change the price of

They aren't all they are cracked up to be. I have a Thermaltake Xaser and I can't use the screwleass on either of my TV tuners, my sound card or my video card. I can use it on the slot covers, the PSU fan control slot cover, the 4port USB slot cover and my wireless network card. The clips get hung up on every card I use except for the tiny little one. What's worse is I still have to use screws and I have to do it around all of that plastic for the scre
