Been a little over 2 years for me. I, too, tried SlingTV (got a 'free' Roku stick with 90-day signup). Unfortunately, the streaming quality, both video & audio, was really poor & I canceled it after the 90d trial. I have PrimeVideo now on ATV, but it, too, is plagued by fluctuating video degradation. ESPN Go likewise has frustrating intermittent video degradation (drops to 720 or 480 frequently, then reverts to 1080 for a while). It's too bad the stream

The group of people clamoring for amnesty and unrestricted entry is among the same group telling us constantly what a God-awful disgrace of a country this is and who are embarrassed to be Americans. Why would they be encouraging aliens to break into a shithole country like the USA? 0.02 YMMV

Object Desktop Manager is perfect in theory and great when it works, but many of us have experienced issues with it in actual use just like this, with no resolution. Why it gets bungled on some rigs and not others remains a mystery, to me anyway. The best option is to download the individual app installers from your Stardock account (you'll want to be sure to have them stored on your system and backed up anyway, to retain access to them should you ever allow your subscription to
If they, like me, purchased WindowBlinds separately from the Object Desktop Subscription, then they should be able to use the original purchase info to get it working on it's own again.
Quite correct. As long as you have the installer & activation code saved on your system. However, even the 'purchase' of Windowblinds separately is actually a 'subscription' just like Object Desktop. Paying for a si

Can't answer 1. but the license is a subscription renewable annually and you can reinstall the applications after a reformat under two scenarios: 1. Your license/subscription has not yet expired - you can directly re-access the applications through your Stardock account. 2. Your license/subscription has expired but you were wise enough to download, save and back up to a different drive or device all the applications in the suite. This also works in Scena

Starting about the time my rig finally got updated to 1703, CFX (2.16.0) began behaving oddly. About half the time I log on both the system & CFX cursors display, the other half of logons show the CFX cursors only. When both display, CTRL+Shift+C just toggles the CFX cursor off & on while the system cursor stays put. I uninstalled & re-installed the app but the behavior has not changed. Curious if any others have encountered this.

I'm now a fan of the changes to the Forum UI, at least on JU which is where I spend my forum time, FWIW. But I have a further suggestion: It would be great if there was a way to mark individual threads as "Read" as opposed to having to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and "Mark all posts as read". Whenever a spam post occurs & is then removed from a thread you've commented on, the thread still appears as if there is an unread reply per the icon &am
I thought I was just purchasing a single user, standalone version of the software suite called Object Desktop.
In one sense, you are. The software, once downloaded and saved to your system, is yours to keep and use forever. During the first year, you are entitled to all updates, betas and upgrades to the software that are made available to subscribers over the course of that year. Should you choose
I have received an email with the receipt but even that did not have any product key nor the download link in it.
I believe that is normal - they don't usually put product keys in emails. If I'm not mistaken, there is usually some language about going to your My Account > My Downloads page, though.
