To wander dangerously close to the OP, I'm a big fan of thin (as in single pixel) frames myself. Both of my published skins have 1-2 pixel frames. They are now nearly 7 years old (hard to believe) and I would update them had skinning for Win7 & up not become so much more complex and time-consuming. On the off chance someone would like to update Granular (the more popular of the two) for publication, I'd be glad to grant permission on request. Of course, it&

Odd. All of my posts are there in the My Posts section, going back to my first in 2004. Well over 50. But then, I post on JU - perhaps it's different over on Elemental. Wouldn't think so, but could be.
Could play two in his day in nearly same time it takes to play one now. One of my favorite players of all time. Classiest of class acts.
Thanks for the info, Doc. This is a 'feature' which should be optional and disclosed. Shame on Verizon.
Don't expect the newly sworn in amateur Democrats to put a stop to this.
Sorry, Tom. Shoulda caught that.
Which 'defaults' are you referring to, Tom?
Still has the titlebar painting issue (total transparency) in Pale Moon (Firefox) on Win7Pro 64bit here. It is usually always present on first launch of Palemoon (from it's icon) & requires re-applying the skin via WB Config to fix it. It's strange, though: if the first launch is by way of a link in an email, for instance, it usually paints normally. Paints normally on subsequent launches in same computing session. This was the case with 8.06, too, FWIW.<
Sucks to be you on Chrome, Kona. Hope somebody here, unlike me, can be of help. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]

Snagged it. Thx, Doc.
You were right, Wiz. That fixed ODM. As Tom & werewolf have noted, no 8.09 to be seen there, though.
ODM is very wonky & irrational, has been since its release. Just opened it & it shows no Stardock apps installed at all, no updates available, no subscriptions (I have active Object Desktop & Wincustomize subscriptions). The MyAccount page at the Stardock Store always seem to be correct, though. FWIW.

Also the Systray Tooltip, Tom. Miracle of miracles. [e digicons];)[/e]
Saw him in concert twice, last time only about 3 years ago, relatively small venues both times. Incredible talent.
The SD staff are on holiday, as luck would have it. I would go ahead and send an email to [email protected] including your registration info & a description of the problem - may not receive a reply until after January 1, though. They'll make it right as soon as they can.
Actually, the latest version for Win7 is 8.06 (Windows 7 Edition). The 8.06 installer knows your OS & installs the correct files. And Happy Holidays to you, as well. [e digicons]:)[/e]
Pale Moon, Doc. I'll give adwcleaner a look. Thx.
I've been very vigilant about where I get software and not ever letting 'optional' stuff get installed. However, I keep getting 'popunder' windows (ads in a separate browser window - without a 'double highlight in the Taskbar interestingly - during sessions of Pale Moon lately, no matter what sites I visit (and they are just my usual). I've tried to search for ways of eliminating them to no avail. Just on one rig but Malwarebytes Premium and Avast
What is your alternative to this thing you call ' GREED '? I mean that has actually worked.
Daiwa holds tongue.
They've made some stuff I've found useful and worth the money. End of story. Could care less whether they 'invented' the stuff or not.
I agree it appears kb3024777 is an 'uninstaller' for kb3004394, but after kb3024777 is 'installed', kb3004394 remains in the 'installed' updates list. Gotta love MS. Makes me almost miss Ballmer. Almost .
