Soon as we make it worthwhile for billionaires to get their fortunes out from under their asses, they will. You pretend there is no reason other than simple greed while pointing out how self-defeating that is. If you can figure that out, so can they. And a strong argument can be made that the reason they're sitting on those fortunes is the greed of others trying to take it away (the greed of 'governments' being primary). Too many people hooked on OPM.

As I've said before, the notion that they have to know everything in order to know anything is BS. Comey's comments just demonstrate the corrupt laziness of the FBI. Even when they have terrorist information (see Tsarnaev), they fuck it up so why in the world would I want them reading my emails and texts, whether I have something to hide or not? Remember how the evil little fuck Hoover used dirt (not crimes, just dirt) to control and subvert elected officials?

One thing that did happen with the upgrade is that Outlook Web App now loads in the light version rather than the 'heavy' version which loaded before and I can't find a way to change back. Not really a problem, though, as the light version is functional enough.

A 'serious' study is not within our technical capability. And mainstream 'climate science' has been so infected by dogmatism that all 'serious' studies will be suspect for some time to come. If it were all 'academic', such as in physics, it would be different, but it's academic/political heavily weighted toward the latter, a pseudo-science which is biased by the presumption that climate is by definition a 'threat' to our survival.
