Maybe the future is in changing/extending the behaviour of objects rather than just the appearance? Well, I figure they'll always improve the technology behind skinning. But that doesn't really affect the individual author too much. As towards Longhorn, I don't know, I doubt it's ever going to have as large as a user base a XP... which makes me f

I was going through SkinStudio just now, trying to decide wether or not I should update Organix 3 with all the new features (toolbar icons, animations and the such). And I got to wondering what is there left to skin?

I know this isn't relevant to skinning or anything. But I figure this would be a good group of people to ask. Anyhow, what cell phone provider do you use and how satisfied have you been with them?

Heh what I said kind of came off wrong, hard to explain. I don't mind what people personally do with my skins. However when a company, such as TGTsoft, undermines so many people it just doesn't seem right. I mean I could DL every StyleXP skin I found, port them over to WB, and there would be a lot of pissed off authors if I did. And I do realize what I just said contradicts what I said earlier. I'm pretty sure people can manage without Farcry and C&C Generals. And of course Windows has more programs, an OS doesn't need 30 different AIM clients. And O' how I love the vague discriptions people seem to give of the OS X. "it's awsome", Why? Because it's COOOLLLLL LOOoOKKINGGGG.

Heh, treeview tends to use 90% of my processor and like 50 meg of RAM... pretty unrelated to this thread, but hey. Think we just have to remember some of the software is still in beta-form gliches ae to be expected. [Message Edited]

There should be some sort of website where all the goofy lil PC users with Mac-envy, or whatever you want to call it, go to talk about how great Apples are. That way I don't come across dribble like this... I totally agree with Essencay because with Virtual PC you can run all your pc programs on a mac. With mac's you don't have the BSOD. </TABLE
